This product very confusing, hard to manipulate photos not worth anywhere near the cost I paid. better to spend the extra mone for something more reputable

just stopped working i deleted it from my pc and reinstall it and still dont work

Work great for three scrapbook pages and then didn’t work at all.

I replaced an out of date program with this one and am very disappointed in it. It is not user friendly and I am very tech savvy.

I'm not happy with this item - it's too complicated and I'm pretty savvy when it comes to technology

I tried to make a Mothers Day card and spent an hour, didn't happen. Went back to the old card maker. Only took 10 min's.

This item is not easy to use. Directions are poor.

IT DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I WANTED AND WAS NOT A GOOD PRICE

We used this product to create a new menu for our venue. At first it seemed like an O.K. product and once you get used to it, it seemed fine. (For the price you pay for it) Finally got rolling on the thing and after 8 hours of solid work, it "Stops Responding". I thought I was fine though, as I meticulously save any project that I'm working on. I tried to re-open that project and two of my pages are now blank! You can't edit anything because the second you click on the body of any page, you get the dreaded pop-up window letting you know that the program is non responsive. I've called the number that was provided, and after being transferred to three other departments, I've finally received an answer. "We have been getting a lot of calls about this lately" Seriously?! Thank you for letting me know that your software is faulty. "You can call back in a few days to see if we have fixed it, but the software developers haven't told us anything" Why wasn't there an e-mail sent out notifying your customers of a possible patch needed for the software? Needless to say, there is nothing I can do to try to salvage the work put into this project. I wish Best Buy had a bigger selection of software for these types of projects. I was willing to spend $200-$300, but finally just decided to buy this software #$30ish# from lack of options. Just be careful if you do buy this product, because you could potentially lose out on your hard work! *On Windows 8 OS *Print Artist Platinum 25 was up to date prior to problems. *Software was registered.

Windows 8.1. Software claims to be compatible with 8.1. When you attempt to use it for newsletter use and scale to two pages it does the initial save for the new page and then starts crashing with no way to recover- and the saved page will simply crash on load. Support for the same? Heh...get your wallet out- it's going to cost you per incident, period. Other reviews online tend to be rather negative- and not in the way of people just not understanding how to use it. Many of them encountered either the same problem or a differing crash problem. When they paid for a support incident, the general tendency has been to blame the OS or the installation of the software with reinstallations gallore with no joy on getting it to work right. Simply put, AVOID it like it'd give you the black plague. Best buy probably ought to contemplate pulling this one from the shelves as it doesn't meet implied warranty of merchantability requirements per the UCC.

I bought this program thinking it would be good to have mostly for the clip art and I really wanted to make my own calendars. Well after installing it I immediately started using it. The program would constantly freeze. I thought I was trying to run too many programs so I exited out of everything and the program still continued to freeze. When it wasn't freezing it would load the wrong content. I would choose a background for my calendar and a completely different one would load. I tried it a couple more times and the wrong background kept coming up on the screen . It was terribly frustrating. When I tried returning it to Best Buy they told me I had to return it to the company for a refund.

I bought Print Artist software that is defective. It is like a merry-go-round with telephone numbers to reach customer service and technical support. They wanted me to pay for technical service to speak to technical support about the defective software. How could anyone justify that? I WILL NEVER purchase ANYTHING by NOVA DEVELOPMENT again!!!!!
