Loved my apple watch so much got one for my sister

My husband bought this for me for my birthday (using our Best Buy card.) This program is awful, not user friendly, and styles are limited and dated. Called Best Buy 888 number (was hung up on mid sentence), then called store and was told even though this software is awful (which you can't find out till you use it), and a gift, that it cannot be returned because it was opened. Would have loved to exchange it for the ancestry Family Tree Maker instead. What a let down 2 ways (the software and the return policy.) BEST BUY AND HGTV RUINED MY BIRTHDAY (that software was my only gift) Don't think I'll be spending anymore money at best buy (and on our BB card) for a long time (sad since I just bought 3 game systems plus games there less than a month ago.)

I've used home design programs before but this is the least user-friendly program yet. I spent more time trying to figure out how to move wall segments than it took to put them there. You can't move anything without the entire plan being affected. Punch Super Home Suite was so easy I didn't even have to look at the instructions, and it was $30 cheaper. Trust me, if your new to home design programs, don't buy this one.

I purchased this software directly from the Nova website. This software fails to meet any of my expectations. It is difficult to use, slow, and keeps freezing. I cannot complete simple things like changing the material of the floors. I just went back to the free version of SketchUp. This is an absolute disaster of software and impossible to get a refund for.

It is taking me awhile to get used to how this program works. What I've figured out, though, looks great. Using this to design my Man Cave. I do wish it was easier to adapt already dimensioned items when one wants to create a new item, such as a gun safe. The closest thing I've found is using a kitchen cabinet.

This is a cheaply made beginners program and definitely not for a large home design. The more detail you add (i.e., roofs, colors, trim, cabinets, etc.) the slower the program gets. If your design includes a lot of detail, get a different program from a different company. I bought a Asus gaming desktop to handle the program, after I burned up the graphics card in my laptop (programs fault btw), then spent hours designing a 3000sq ft. house w/ no detail other than floors, walls, doors and windows and the program still crashed before I could even get the roof on. This is ridiculous, all that time wasted plus I can't even use all the features I paid extra for; and DO NOT expect any help from NOVA Development. You'll die of old age before they respond or answer the phone. Anyways, total waste of money, buy something else.

This product box and description sound good but that is as far as it goes. Installed and it won't update. support said don't worry you have the latest version why would you need to update? The manual is full of errors and is a 693 page waste of paper. The 10 on line support videos are just a few seconds long and the sound is so bad you don't want to watch them. I just hope the 90 day return policy works that the box and the support line told me about. I'm thinking of trying Home Designer® PROFESSIONAL http://www.homedesignersoftware.com/ that Best Buy Sells. I need something that works.

Purchased the product for landscaping... It's not worth it.... Waste of money!

Miserable to use. Clunky and not intuitive. Very limited catalog, for example, if you want a roof it better be a hip roof because that's apparently the only roof style anyone would ever want. But you can convert it to gable with complicated maneuvers. Just miserable.

I bought this product never having used a design software successfully in my life. I bought the Punch software about 4 years ago and hated it. Within a week of having this software, I already had 8 different house designs constructed from scratch and was able to view them in 3-D. An EXCELLENT beginner software!!!!

I purchased this item because it was suggested by a sales associate at my local best buy. My fiancé has his own landscaping company, and we really liked the idea of having a feature that you could take photos, upload them and add landscape design ideas for our customers to see. Throughout the entire manual it says nothing about how to do this, and we've been at it for over a week straight. So we decided to give customer support a call. After waiting 40 minutes on the line we were told we had to PAY THEM 30 dollars to talk to someone about how to use the photo feature. Do not buy this if you're a landscaper.

Drove 40 miles round trip to purchase this software today. Got home, installed it, and it freezes at the first click. UNinstalled, REinstalled and nothing changed. Every click I make opens up a different "tutor" window and none of them will close. They just keep filling up the screen. Finally Windows tells me the program in NOT RESPONDING #like I didn't already know that#. Rebooted computer FOUR times #two times for each installation#. As far as I can see , this software is a piece of garbage. Haven't had a problem installing software since 2005 until NOW ! Been looking for help on the internet for 3 hours and can't find any at all ! OS - WIN 7

You're not going to be designing rooms and projects with this right out of the box. I played with it for a week and still wasn't getting anything done. The manual and online help are useless, had no luck reaching customer support either. I hope the refund process works, because nothing else does.

I have sat down with the 694 page user manual to try to set up a simple bathroom before starting the project, thinking I would have it to do other projects down the road. I think I am pretty computer savvy and intelligent enough to follow directions. I am a man who normally reads instructions before use of a product but this is ridiculous! If your going to try a program for my reasons, don't buy this program.

This has to be the worst blueprint software I have used. Look online at reviews for better software, I made the mistake of not researching before I bought. Too bad I can't return this!!!!

Good beginner program for designing plans or doing modifications.

the program is a very good starter program. i would recommend it
