Returned Product Prior to 14 Days

Sales person should have known this would not fit our needs based on our conversations. Not sure who could use this product as you could never update your software. To up the data would be extremely expensive. Returned it and then still have to pay on it for two months until Best Buy gets their records straight and hopefully sends us a refund. There is no reason they can't stop charging us for the item when it was returned. Extremely frustrated and expect more from Best Buy.

That's fine for techies or those desperate for connectivity on-the-fly, but I have the leisure to just wait.
