I purchased a Pokémon dual Switch game for my son. Didn’t know this offer was a “free” gift with purchased. Checked my purchased history and this item showed up as being given to me. Went back to the store, and NOBODY could explain how this item showed up on my profile if nobody scanned it when I made my purchase. When I asked if I could get the item that I was shown to have received, I was told they were all out. Needless to say I was disappointed and so was my kid.

Should be 2 coins not one coin that has 2 sides and for a collector's coin it should be in a display box like real collector coins

These pokemon coins arrived free with a pokemon game and we're never even opened by my child.

The freebie for preorder is just that. In my opinion it is very lacking in wow factor.

I guess trying to attract customers to your store vs another makes sense, but this is useless in my opinion. Wish stores and game developers would stop adding junk like this to justify increased prices. The Sword and Shield Pokemon game is fun and this review has nothing to do with that product.

Bag was very cheaply made, the coin wasn’t as bad.

I was excited to order this coin and it shows two coin and I thought I was two coin. It turn out it was just front and back. It felt cheaply made and I was depressed and disappointed when I got this coin. I wouldn’t want to preorder this again

I had been waiting for my package with the coin for weeks and now it says I returned it when I didn't. I'm livid and would like the product I payed for and had confirmed to be receiving. This is theft.

Never fuking received this, nor did anyone from bestbuy told me it came with my copy of Pokémon sword and shield game. So now I'm going to sue bestbuy so get ready.

Stupid perk for preorder gave it to my kid he thought it was cool for about two seconds with digital becoming more practical there should be better rewards for preordained hard copies of games

I didn't get these with my preorder at all, best buy ripped me off. Might as well call them Best stop at this point. close enough to being gamestop.

Preordered the games and was told I would be getting these coin but when I went to pick them up they said they didn’t come with the preorder at all

I personally dont like the coin and would rather have a soundtrack or something with more thought put in. If you like these types of bonuses then ignore this review.

I got the dual package for the game but did not get the collectable coins that was promise with the purchase of the product.
