    The blender seems to chop up ice great, the hand shakers do not seem to lock in place so does not work properly. I will be returning for a new one or repair

    This is a great product but, after a while it doesn't blend like you want it to. Maybe because it age and the amount of times I've used it. But, I did expect it to last a little longer.

    I drink protein smoothies on a regular basis and needed a larger capacity than the usual 24 oz. because of the amount of ice in it. this machine did the trick, and there were no spills.
