The rubber part of the outside where the blades are tightened up and caused it to stop working. Not very happy with the durability of this one.

Loud and blade gets dull, after 6 months use

I can blend all of my fruit or veggies into a smooth drink without clumps. have had it for a few months now and still love my purchase. Highly recommended.

Extremely loud but super powerful

Thanks to a group of fellow smoothie drinkers this makes the best smoothies without any supervision. Insert cup, twist, if inserted properly it will turn on, select blend and it goes to work. It pulses, blends and super blends giving the items inside cup a chance to settle and it starts again. Love, love, love it. Would have given it 5 stars but it is rudefully loud.
