Don't Like it, LOVE IT!

I hate chunks/pieces/grittiness, etc. Ninja's Auto-IQ blender rocks...it's a little beast...a tad bit loud, but so what! It crushes anything in seconds. For the price, don't hesitate, this TRUE smoothie blender is the real-deal!

Bad Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Ninja today, tried it tonight and was sure to tighten the cap; the milk and fruit came out of the plastic cup onto the interior of the Ninja. Then I tried all the cups and the same thing happened, so I called the company...get this, they wanted my blade returned to me before I get the new one and allegedly the new one will work..I don't think so.. The Ninja will go back tomorrow!
