the bottom of the blender was to big and bulky. For these reasons I did not like it.

Does not blend smoothies as smooth as I thought it would be, but do love how fast it does blend everything

I bought this top of the line blender, so I thought.. I have had ita year and first it just started sounding funny, and not blending well then it started smoking and smelling really bad. And now that the warranty is past it is no longer returnable or usable .. really expensive to only last year.. I have had 15. 00 blenders that lasted several years longer... I'm very disappointed...

Great product except if the smoothie is too watery it leaks.

Mu boyfriend got me this, have not use it yet. Lol

IT GETS WARM FAST AND BECAUSE THE BLADE ARE A LITTLE BIT HIGH AT THE BOTTOM SO ANYTHING DOWN WONT GET GROUNDED AS YOU THINK IF I HAVE THE CHANCE AND TIME GO BACK I WOULDN'T BUY IT

This item is very dissapointing. I bought it to replace the best blender I've used so far, the Cuisine art but it breaks all the time but the smoothies come out nice and creamy. With this Ninja despite its mighty blender looks, it doesnt blend well. It leaves small particles and the smoothies don't taste good. Im probably going to return it.

I have had this for 3 months and the blender piece for the cups has cracked. Called ninja and it’s not covered in the 1 year warranty. Only thing covered is the motor. Cheaply made.

I was told that when using frozen fruit that I would not need to add water. That was not true. I was forced to add the same of amount of liquid that I do with the 30 dollar blender.

I paid full retail. I received an open box blender repackaged. It works fine but I overpaid. They knew this when they shipped it from Vestal.

Product won't work, and when it does, it creates a rubber scent that reeks. Clearly the piece is misaligned and Best Buy won't return it as it was a gift that was given a month or so after purchase, so now out of warranty. Can see why they were selling them on clearance. Would never buy again.

I love making salsas and smoothies and the far spaced blades in this blender simply will not do the job. Results are a coarse seedy blend not smooth. I do not like it!

I was at first excited to get to this because I had heard such good things about it. But, after trying it out at home I was disappointed.

I was expecting a better performance as I had the cheapest blender before buying this one and had no trouble with it. I am glad I did not get rid of it because the ninja heats up with one use and then you cannot keep using it. I like making green smoothies in the morning and it would heat the smoothie. Very upsetting!!

This was a Christmas gift and it was NOT delivered in a shipping box. So my daughter knew exactly what she was getting! Who doesn’t put deliveries in a shipping box? Really dumb. We have not used it yet because even though she knows what she got I won’t give it to her till Christmas.

Well I thought after reading the reviews I would be happy. But here it is August 19, 2021 just over a year since I purchased this Ninja Blender and this morning when I turned it on the timer started counting down but the motor wasn't turning.

Did not use the single serve cup for the first two months. When I did use it, I locked the cup onto the base per instructions but it would not unlock from the base. I had to use a screwdriver and hold the lock tabs down to remove the cup. Lots of money for such a poorly designed product. You can do better for much less.

I just received my Ninja Duo and am very happy with this purchase. It is so easy to clean and operate, and sure does make quick work of making smoothies and so much more.This comes with a great recipe book as well. Pricing and fast shipping from Best Buy completed this transcation to make it a truly enjoyable experience. Thanks

Bought this item a little over a year and is not working already, very disappointing. When I bought this product I thought I was buying a good quality and a good brand.
