We had an old Kitchen Aid Blender that lasted us about 4 years, but never made a real, quality smoothie. I always wanted a VitaMix as I have used them before, and they are amazing, but I wasn't in love with the price. Hands down this is one of the best blenders I have ever used. The smoothies are so smooth and almost no seeds. It makes awesome alcoholic beverages as well. It is very loud, but for the quality of the drink produced I would say WHO cares! :) One of my favorite purchases this year! If you are thinking about it, just get it already!! I also have the ninja coffee maker, that is amazing as well! :) Keep up the great work Ninja!

great blender its worth every penny its selling for

This Blender does what my other blender couldn't do. I am truly amazed how this blender can turn a full pitcher of solid ice into "snow" with no hesitation. My other blender would leave inconsistent chunks of ice. This blender purees with no problem while my other blender would struggle an would at time smoke.

I use my blender daily for making smoothies and so far, so good. The motor is very strong and has turned all fruits and vegetables into a nice liquid form. I dropped in sliced apples into my blender and the apples turn into a nice liquid. In addition to the apples, spinach, coconut milk in my smoothie; I also use ginger in my smoothie. The blender works very well at mixing all the ingredients for a nice consistent flavor considering the strong flavor of ginger. It's easy to wash. I love the Auto IQ function where the machine has a short lapse of not spinning to allow the liquids to drop from the cup to the bottom and then it begins mixing again. Smart machine!

My husband and I purchased this smoothie maker and it is all that it says and more. Easy to make and easy to clean. The machine does, almost, all the work for you. Clean up is a snap. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.

I love this blender! The cost, not so much! It was o.k. It does much better than the traditional blenders. The cons; extremely loud.

Much much better than the magic bullet that I recently tried...this is so much more powerful. it makes really smooth smoothie.

Last blender you will ever need to buy! I use mine for smoothies, frozen drinks, frozen cocktails, etc. Blends fresh and frozen vegetables and fruits perfectly! Powerful ice crushing ability! Crushes ice to snow! The only thing I don't like is that it's so powerful it shakes the kitchen counter a little. Not a big issue but was a little scary at first. Great value for the price. Don't be swayed away by price because it's definitely worth it

I owned this model blender for about 6 yrs, I have to replace it now, hoping to get another one like it or just as good.

I needed a new blender sine the one that I was using broke! This blender came at the perfect timing since I got it at a very nice price. My son also loves making his shakes in this and I am very happy that I don’t have to wash the entire cup!

Love this blender except can’t get the lid off the single serve cups easily. It’s basically suctioned on. Been in my sink for 2 days because no one can remove the lid.
