Awesome blender

The pulse technology works well to help mix all the ingredients. If you like your smoothies thick and pasty, the pitcher works better than the tumbler. The tumbler works fine but you can't get too greedy with frozen fruit or it will pack tight and not blend everything until it thaws a bit. The blades are sharp and mix everything I've fed it.

This model seems to be more sturdy and it will flat dissolve anything you want to put in a smoothie. Can’t wait to use it for frozen drinks this summer! It is loud but, if you want something silent then, I’m not sure why you want a blender in the first place.
