Once I had a defective one That wouldn’t turn on but Best Buy simply swapped it out for a brand new one with their 2 warranty. Must buy in addition and totally worth it! Sharp blades that never dull! And cones with an extra cup and lid for on the go smoothies

Sometimes Leaks

My problem is that sometimes the seal just doesn't take and I get leakage which is a big mess to clean up.
