    I have no real issues for this product. For more money I could have gotten more features so understand this is a good entry level product. Some larger ice clumps make smoothies less consistent and it is inconvenient to hold the jar to activate the blades. If the blades ran automatically I could be cleaning up the kitchen while the smoothie was being made. This feature is available on more expensive models. A good appliance choice if you're just beginning a smoothie regimen. If you stick with it treat yourself to the more deluxe offerings.
