    Horribly service. STAY AWAY! I bought this unit a month ago, used it since then every few days, until it suddenly just died this morning. I spoke with best buy, but they didnt want to take responsibility for the defective item, and told me that they only cover the first 15 days. So i contacted Ninja, who wants a $21 (!) shipment fee to send me a replacement. this is more than 1/3 of the price i originally payed, just to get some refurbished unit as a replacement for the defective item i received. this is really disappointing, and i would be glad to hear of recommendations for a different unit by a someone other than Ninja that i should buy instead. If they are gonna make me spend more money on this, I might as well use that money towards a product made by a company that knows what its doing.

    I bought the Ninja Pro because it was on sale. I already have a Nutri Bullet but the Ninja has a more powerful motor. The Ninja works okay but I don't like that you have to hold the jar down in order to make to it work. That is why I only gave it 3 stars.

    Love the blender. Disappointed it came with a special offer of two additional cups, which was not shipped with the blender. Then they returned it. I called and was told they could not help me. Poor customer service. Never received: Ninja - 24-Oz. Tritan Nutri Ninja Cups with Sip & Seal Lids (2-Pack) - Black/Clear
