Not happy with the product, Please replace it

Pro single serve

I returned it and got the blender with the two single cups.

Fixed that with a little WD-40. Then the base froze up....Bearings probably? I threw it in the trash. But it did work well after I bought it.

Great if you like noise.

Great Blender, long lasting!

Unhappy owner

The lids are difficult to screw on as they screw on in the inside of the lip. Because of this when you remove the blade the top is a mess. Also there is no way to clean the screw area on the blade so when I store it I can smell sour milk (I use yogurt) And...you have to hold it down all the while you are blending.

Why bother?

Shouldn't even be needing to reach out to ninja for a new unit but then again here we are. Hopefully this is out of the norm.
