Great blender, strong blades, quick, and great for smoothies or juices. But if you plan to serve more than 3 people you’re going to get tired of making a lot of smoothies bc it’s a single serve portion.

Wow, what a great blender! This blender has the power to pulverize the most frustrating fruit and skins. I got it for a gift for my spouse and she loves it. Great quality product and it was on sale!

I've used this blender every morning for a few months with no issues. Typically make fruit shakes with frozen fruit, juice, and ice. Never had an issue, and the cups with tops are perfect. Do wish both of the cups were the same size, as the bigger one doesn't fit my personal needs, but can always buy another.

I've mainly only used it for protein shakes but it's worked great so far! Easy and quick to use. Can't wait to use it on sauces and other specials blends.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Probably the best smoothie blender on the market. Would definitely recommend it.

Powerful blender but the jars are small with the fill line making them even smaller as to how much you're able to fill them with; not much, especially when trying to make protein shakes with fruit, ice, etc. If just using protein powder, almond milk or water and ice, then its ok. But for that I could use a manual shaker and get basically the same results. Purchased on sale, but would not buy again.

After using twice, the plastic part of the blade is broken, and everything leaked out.. The manufacture asked me to "buy" a replacement part, which cost a half of the blender. Terrible customer service.

I tried this product out for 5 days. Every day that I used it, my protein shake would leak out all over the place & splash all over the counter & wall. I made sure the lid was on tight & that my ingredients weren't past the fill line. Also, the lid/blending part was kind of big, which made it hard for me to twist on & off (my hands are average size.) Another thing that I didn't like is how you have to continuously hold the container down when you're blending your drink. There's not an "ON" button. Unfortunately, I'll be returning the Nutri Ninja Pro.

First, I bought the same product through Amazon. Found out one of the lids was leaking. The blade one and another lid were fine. So I returned it to Amazon. This time I got the exact same model from Best Buy hoping my luck got better with Best Buy purchase. This time both lids were leaking. The blade was fine. I read comments that the lids suppose to be perfectly closed and screw them hard. I am not sure how hard I need to tighten the lids more without breaking them (I bench press 300 lbs). I am returning it. Since I never operated the item, I cannot leave any review on the performance.

Got it as a gift from a friend, have owned it now almost for a full year. During Spring/Summer using it about 6 times a week. It's a great blender. BUT Hugest drawback is the O rubber gasket ring which the manual fails to mention you must take out and clean EVERY time. Otherwise it will accumulate mold in the crevices underneath it, and you will have no idea that you're ingesting mold. I just found out by noticing a funky smell coming from mine and realized this. For me, that's a huge convenience issue and it makes me not want to make smoothies as often since I have to put so much effort into cleaning it every time. It is not easy to take out. Going to look for another blender that doesn't have this gross problem.

I bought the Ninja for making smoothies. It works as described and is very powerful.

I have ninja the blender problems,I send around 6 times emails report problems to the ninja customer service,but no one back to me the emails,no one help me fix the problems,if something no have good customer service then just no sale people stuff

This is one of the worst blenders I have ever used. I make a smoothie almost daily while working remotely from home. Each and every day I have tried to utilize this blender has been a pain. My ingredients consist of frozen strawberries, fresh banana, oats, ground flax seed, yogurt, and spinach. Aside from the frozen strawberries, there is nothing else that should give any issue with blending. This blender will try blending for about a second or 2 and then cut out. I have to continuously hit the button over and over, take the container off the unit to shake it a bunch, put it back on, and repeat a few times before it work properly and finish the job. I've heard great things about Ninja, but this first impression is a terrible one and I am reluctant to ever purchase a Ninja product again after this horrendous experience.

I only got about 9 months of use out of this appliance before it died. I used it to make frozen fruit smoothies, thinking that it would do a better job than my cheap blender. I should have stuck with my cheap blender (which I now am back to using every morning). It was a waste of my money and I do not recommend it to anyone.

the plastic burned after a few weeks. Waste of money.
