Makes a mean snow cone from regular ice with no problem. Kind of a pain to clean everyday but I guess its worth it.

It's really a simple way to totally increase your fruit and veggie intake with almost no effort. Makes a filling pleasant drink you can make in just a few minutes a day. One of the few infomercial type products that actually exceeds what it promises. I have felt a dramatic difference in my health and sense of well-being since I started using it.
