Why? It just does exactly what it says it does and does it well. It's incredibly simple to use, very powerful, small and easy to store, simple clean up, etc. I've been a juicer for awhile and have a nice juicer, but I wanted something else for healthy smoothies and the NutriBullet has been perfect. In fact, it's basically taken the place of my juicer. I use it every morning for a powerful, healthy smoothy. It blends everything from fruit to vegetables to nuts and seeds and does them all well. There are a few tricks to learn to get the best out of it, but I love it. Also, since it's sitting on my counter anyway, I've also used in place of my food processor for certain projects. Great value.
