The machine is programmed and they come out perfectly every time. Take the blade off, put the lid on and go. Love it. The large pitcher works well too although the blade doesn't come out so it's a little harder to clean. I would highly recommend this product.

He’s had it about a month and has not had any complaints about it. Usually if he doesn’t like something or has problems with it, it gets thrown into the pool. But not this blender!
