However, the website did not clearly state this. I like the nutribullet but it would be way more helpful if this set came with a lid.

Additional cups are around 20 bucks, that's almost 1/3 the cost buying a new one. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars, I would have given it 5 stars if there were only two of us in the household. p.

We are happy with it and continue to use for shakes and smoothies. Only complaint is the rubber ring comes off after several uses and is a little tricky to get back on.
