Ordered two of these smaller ones for my sons but when I looked at them, they were powered differently and the plastic was flimsy. Just disappointed. Even $50 is not cheap for a smoothie maker.

But after 2 weeks and less than 10 uses, it stopped working... just died completely. We're disappointed to say the least, and now trying to wade through the warranty process to get it fixed or replaced.

It can do just as good as its bigger brother model. It comes with multiple parts and you can use the blender canisters as serving cups, complete with handles and tops. The vertical slats in the cups make cleaning a bit difficult as they give food particles a good corner/edge to get stuck on.

If it broke tomorrow I'd have to pickup another within days. Cleaning is simple. The only trouble I have with it is some rubber circular piece inside the drill/blender area that keeps coming off due to suction when separating the top from the pitcher but I reattach it as patient as I can and thus far no leaking. I honestly would buy multiple people I know one if they were better people.
