Pulsing sometimes causes it to loosen and leak a little, but not if I am careful. Definitely easier to cleanup than a blender. Now if they just made one with blades that would chop vs mush, I could give away my cuisinart that is so hard to use and clean. This one you will actually USE!

She uses it about 2-3 times per week to make smoothies and it works just fine for serving sizes of 1-2 people. It's the second one (exact same model) we've owned. Our previous one lasted about 4-5 years before finally giving out. Since it lasted so long I just got the same one again in hopes for another 4-5 years of use/abuse.

We use this very frequently (replaced our old nutribullet after 6 or 7 years) and the design seems to have been modified slightly...for the better. Cleaning is easier than with the old model - very nice!
