Cons: the only down side is the lid is hard to open after each use because it is a huge cup. i have to get rubber opener to get a grip so i can turn it to open.

After two weeks all of the lids and blade bases started leaking. Due to Best Buy's new 15 day return policy I was unable to return this and was told to contact NB. They told me they wouldn't refund the product because I didn't buy it from them and to have the lids replaced I would have to pay to send the entire unit back to them for assessment. No thanks, I'll just file a dispute with my credit card.
