overall the blender was great until exactly 1yr the blender locked and smell burnt. This is nice for smoothies but it suck that didnt worked for longer.

I have bought other models at different stores. The blades that come from Best Buy model are smaller. On all models all the blades accessories must be tightly close or else it will spill when blending

Really wanted to LOVE this, as I drink smoothies daily for breakfast and frequently make myself a veggie smoothie in lieu of a late dinner. But after only a few uses, the juice leaks into the bottom blade fitting and once it leaked into the unit itself. I am very careful to NEVER exceed the fill line, nor do I over-tighten, so I think it's just a poor design (or I got a lemon). I am going to give it a few more uses and then exchange it for a new one or go w/another brand.

If you owned nutribullet rx keep buying that one it’s not worth the downgrade specially if you make smoothies for the whole family sorry pro you wasn’t meeting my requirements

I purchased this product to make smoothies. It's used mostly on weekends - about 2x weekly. The first problem I had with it, was the actuator tabs became stuck and it was impossible to operate the unit. This needs to be maintained by scrubbing the actuator tabs with a toothbrush to keep them clear. I've never had that problem with any other blender. The second, larger problem, is part of the base is not metal, but painted with metallic paint. The piece that is the top of the base (it looks like a large ring) began chipping after just over a year of use. Tiny flakes of metallic paint fly off the blender when it's in use due to the vibration. The paint flakes go all over (i.e. on the kitchen counters, in the fruit basket, etc). I contacted Nutriliving who referred me to Product Support. Product Support said paint flakes blowing off the unit are a "cosmetic issue." I said it was clearly a food safety issue since it's impossible to keep paint flecks contained. The Product Support Specialist said it was safe because the paint was BPA free. So, in short, Nutriliving believes that ingesting BPA-free paint flakes is not a problem the company wants to fix.

My family has used a Nutribullet in the past. We had the old model for over 2 years and it stopped working. So we went ahead and bought this one. We knew something was wrong from the get-go. It made this really loud noise when blending and a few days ago it literally wouldn’t stop blending unless we completely unplugged it. Very dangerous. I wish they still had the old version which we loved.

Easy to use and makes great smoothies! Simple cleanup

I got the nutribullet blender on a Black Friday sale. I use it primarily to blend my after workout shakes. I recommend it . This replaced the one I had for several years that finally stopped working. The color is cool too .

Great product to do shakes and it works like a charm. We love it

I exchanged my previous bullet because it was overheating. This one overheated the first time I made a smoothie. I’m going to return it and go with something else. Bummer.

The first time I fired up this thing, I thought it was going to start a fire in my condo. The smell of a burning motor was strong. I like the size of this and the way it looks, but, really, after the first use, the motor is frying out...

I did not get the value for my money. The inner rubber ring disengaged and came off after just a second use. And since then I have to wipe and blend wipe and blend because the machine gets dirty after each blend. Thank God I am still within my plan Window. I will make out time to return the product. My concern now is which product do I replace it With. You may wish to suggest an all ears.

Louder than expected, but definitely makes a great smoothie!

My wife has told me that it leaks once in a while . Other than that it's great for juicing whole fruits and vegetables.

Love my nutribullet!! Only wish that it had an on/off switch instead of having to plug it in every day.

Not great for smoothies... blends but doesnt really liquify... .. there are better options
