I like this product - But this is my 3rd.

Perhaps it is because of the motor and the high RPM. Sometimes they freeze. It doesn't like ice cubes or large frozen fruit, like strawberries. Just put crushed ice in and cut the frozen fruit into smaller pieces before blending. Then there are no issues.
