It has proven to be a good investment. My husband makes the fruit smoothies and likes those as well. The Bullet comes with a recipe book and there is an opportunity to get a smoothie app if you are interested in that. This particular Bullet also makes soup. It actually heats the soup up!

Decent Blender since I couldn't afford a Vitamix

It's relatively easy to clean and I've used it to make smoothies and soups, both which have come out well. I will say that sometimes I have to run blender twice when I make smoothies just to make sure that it's fully blended and it's really warm once completed (not using the soup option). Perhaps it's from the motor's wear and tear over time? I will continue to keep an eye out!

Easy to use and great quality

It comes with everything you'd need and then some. The automatic cycle takes care of not having to fiddle around multiple speed and mode controls, although some people might actually prefer to have more control for themselves. The heating function is neat. I also like the crank handle for the blade to take it off when its harder to do so.

Pulverizes ice! Great for smoothies!

Already made a few smoothies with it and they're so good! Only took off a star because I ran into a leak earlier this week. For some reason it started leaking from the bottom. I tightened it up more just in case and but it seemed to be coming from the bottom. Spilled milk all over (even when I attempted to flip it with the lid closed). Could use better sealing or again maybe just wasn't tight enough. Either way, for Deal of the Day it was a great buy!
