For best results with your Nutri-Blast consistency, we recommend your ingredients sit loosely in your cup, (do not over pack or stuff), and that you always use sufficient liquid. As a rule of thumb, you want to make sure that the liquid used covers the solid ingredients without exceeding the max line on each of the cups.
For NutriBullet Rx, we recommend frozen fruits and no more than 30 seconds to blend. With such a strong motor, the longer it blends the more friction is created and the warmer the drink gets. The main key to ensuring all items emulsify properly is in the amount of liquid used. Good rule of thumb your liquid should cover the solid ingredients in cup without going over the max line.

Returned and got a ninja smoothie bowl blender instead.
