Instead it grinds everything in to a sludge that is unpleasant to drink. You actually have to chew it. If you don't mind chewing your juice than this product works great.

Wouldn't recommend if this is going to be your primary use. It doesn't get the frozen fruit down to the blade well so you have to run multiple cycles. This causes the smoothie to be pretty warm by the time it's actually blended.

I had to return it. I may have just gotten a bad one. For this reason, I rate low. But, It looks sharp, and comes with a lot of nice accessories

Leaks into moter parts.

First, I read the nice colorful book that was included. It was very inspiring and helpful as it educated me about what I needed to eat to obtain and improve my health. Next, I decided to process a healthy smoothe. It was very disappointing. The juices leaked out from the bottom into the engine. The beet and apple mixture was thick and chunky . Not something you would drink but, probably eat with a spoon. After my disappointment I went on line and found other people who experienced the same leeking problem. Obviously, this product would not last and is not worth the $179 I paid for it on sale.

Mildew smell and worms

It is Impossible to clean without taking it apart with a screw driver. When I did there were live small white worms, soaked in bleach and it still smelled. Poor power when making smoothies. I bought one for college age daughter which we will return.
