I am loving it. It has many wonderful options and features. It is so easy to operate. I have dysphagia (swallowing disorder), so this is an essential part of my kitchen setup; but, even if I did not have dysphagia, I would still want this.

Excellent for smoothies for sure. Easy to clean and operate. Absolutely love the auto mode, that does an amazing job. The only thing that is a minor drawback is the volume, especially on auto...it is very loud in that mode. Otherwise I am very happy

I bought this blender mainly for making smoothies. Along with the pitcher, it comes with two “to go” cups. The blender is easy to use, blends well without leaving chunks and is easy to clean.

Fantastic! Family is happy with control of consistency for smoothie, etc. Easy cleaning. Noise is medium loud, but worth quality of drinks and soups.

The pros: It blends well. Even if filled with frozen fruit and small amount of liquid, it does a great job making a smoothie. The cons: this is the reason for the one star rating. I had two instances of the personal smoothie cup + blade getting badly stuck. First, soon after i started using this blender, the blade, while screwed on to a fully loaded cup, got stuck on the machine and would not come off. It took a couple of tries and 10 minutes of struggling to get the blade and cup to come off. This happened a couple of times more. I almost returned it at that point, but, I liked the blending so much that I decided to persist with it. While the above issue resolved to some extent after the first couple of weeks, I later ran into a second issue with the blade getting stuck that resulted in me having to throw one of the smoothie cups and the screw-on blade in the trash. I was blending a fully loaded cup. It looked like the blade was not tightly screwed on, since there was some liquid leaking, so I tightened it further. Once I was done blending, I could not get the blade unscrewed from the smoothie cup. I am a reasonably strong guy. I tried a bunch of things, including putting it in hot and then cold water, using rubber mittens to get a tighter grip, but I could not get it off. Finally, even when using the large 64 ounce jug, I ran into an issue with using the auto blend setting when I was rinsing out the jug with water. It splashed water everywhere, despite the fact that I had sealed the top lid properly. Admittedly, I have a habit of filling the cups all the way to the top, past the max line. This could have been the reason for the blade getting stuck. But I have been daily using Ninja blenders, for five years, and I never had any issues like these. It just seems like this isn’t a very robustly designed product. Your experience may be different from mine, but at least I am not gonna buy any Nutri bullet products going forward.
