Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti's exceptional performance, high frame rates, and stunning visuals, especially at 4K resolution. Many appreciate its excellent build quality and the impressive ray tracing capabilities, although some find the cooling system inadequate and the price high. Positive feedback focuses on the card's ability to handle demanding games and applications smoothly. However, potential buyers should carefully consider the cost and cooling performance before purchasing.

Died after 3 days
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this video card for 3 days and then artifacts started appearing. 3D Mark tests failed. Contacted NVidia support and they confirmed it was bad but they would not offer a replacment - they asked me to get one from best buy. Best Buy was unable to offer a replacement either, only a refund.

Failed after 10 minutes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card was awesome. Everything I threw at it was incredibly beautiful... For about 10 to 15 minutes. Then the screen started to glitch, system would BSOD in something as simple as a remote desktop session, and games would slowly start to fade to black. Checking the nvidia forums, it would appear I'm not the only one experiencing these problems. I'm going to rebuy and rereview after nvidia comes out with a second revision.

Get it from another brand
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I drove over an hr to the Best Buy that had this, then another hour back. Get home, pop it into pc, fire up Anthem annnnnd it crashes. Twice in a row. Open another game aaand it crashed. The founders edition runs way too hot. Returned it for an evga xc ultra... stay away from this one. I thought Nvidia had fixed the issues with the founders, guess not.

One of the worst RTX cards.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t know what went wrong with these cards by Nvidia because the overall performance is not up to the standards, this card runs very hot and underperforms in most circumstances. Returned the SLi setup of both the 2080ti’s after being extremely disappointed.

Overpriced and not a big improvement over last gen
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not very happy with the performance. Cooling sucks, not overclockable due to restrictions.

Broke, But Replaced
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke within a month; however, NVIDIA is aware that a batch they sent out was no good and replaced quickly. Probably okay to purchase now, but keep your receipts.

Truly Incredible Card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're into gaming and want the best FPS at the highest settings this card is a no brainer. I was initially going to wait out the release of the super cards, but with the lack of a VRAM increase in the 2080 super, my choice was made. This card blows every other gaming specific card out of the water. After purchasing this card I ran it against it's non-Ti counter part, and the performance increase was unreal. At 1440p, max settings on the 2080 I was averaging 90 FPS on Black Ops 4 (while overclocked at 2.1 GHz). At the same settings with the Ti I averaged 158 FPS (without OC). So without even overclocking the Ti model that's nearly a 60% performance increase! Overall, I cannot recommend this card enough. Obviously price is the only real setback, but considering the 1080Ti is still averaging $900+, spending an additional $200 for a massive upgrade is well worth it in my opinion.

Greatness at a price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I built a new computer for couch gaming on a 4k UHD TV. I originally thought that the RTX 2080 non TI would be enough to get the max 60 FPS that is possible for the TV but it just didn't quite cut it. I guess you could say I got lucky because the 2080 that I purchased continuously overheated no matter how I configured the fans in the case. This made me look into exchanging it for a new one and the closest Best Buy to me had the RTX 2080 TI in stock and not the non TI version at the time. I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade it. Now I get mostly 60 FPS on Assassins Creed Odyssey at ultra settings. I haven't tried any other games yet. My biggest worry is that if the non TI version struggled without Ray Tracing then when it actually becomes available would it really be worth it if I had to adjust graphics settings or drop to 1440p or 1080p to use it. It could be that the Ray Tracing may drop the FPS on the TI as well but there is a better chance for it to stay closer to 60 FPS. I don't regret buying the RTX 2080 TI, I only knock off a star due to the price. It is expensive but NVIDIA knows that they have the best card out right now and are taking full advantage of it.
