Customers are saying

Customers love the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti's performance and its excellent price-to-performance ratio, frequently praising its ability to handle 1440p resolution gaming. Many appreciate the card's effective cooling system and quiet operation, along with its compact size and generally good build quality. However, some users express concerns about the power connector design and the lack of RGB lighting. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the negative comments on minor design aspects.

Excellent value if you can find one. It runs games on my 1440p monitor easily and runs quiet. Great looking card as well for vertical mounted gpus.

Bought this thing 2 years ago, still running strong and still performs very well. Absolutely great card for the value. Runs 1080p and 1440p like a champ.

The best GPU for $400 (if that price still holds)

The best Ampere GPU in performance for price. Fans are almost inaudible even at full load in an Eclipse P400A. After undervolting, its temperature never exceeds 65°C. Bad news are the tariff markups that have applied to all board partners but not the Founders Edition models at the time of this review, but expect NVIDIA to follow along also. We have to accept that for what may be most of the year. When this returns at $400 (whenever that is given the state of the PC components market), it almost certainly will continue to be the GPU to get for under $500.

Awesome little card. Does everything I ask of it and more. I only game in 1440p and in my library backlog, it prrforms flawlessly. I'm not playing Cyberpunk (waiting for it to hit $20) or anything as recent, but I am sure it will handle that resolution just fine. Runs cool, small package, 60fps @ 1440 high quality, what more can you ask for?

The RTX 3060 Ti is a smart buy—offering flagship-tier performance for a mid-range price, with all the modern features you’ll need. Only its 8 GB VRAM ceiling and slightly lower 4K potential hold it back—but for most gamers today, it's an excellent balance of performance, value, and efficiency.

This card is more powerful than the 2080 Super, requires only one 8-pin PCI-e power connector, and costs only $400. It has a compact, sleek design allowing it to fit in almost all cases, but it still maintains good thermals. When it comes to the latest GPU's, this card is the gold standard for "best bang for your buck."

this is by far the best and i mean absolutely best value gpu you can get by far if u can get this bad boy at 399. this is replacing a 1080ti and let me tell u its def a big upgrade, granted the 1080ti been in service since 2017. games like fallout 76, apex legend, gta v which played okay on 1080ti is now just so much smoother, i have a gigabyte 1440p ultrawide without gsync, so i am going to assume if u had a gsync monitor this will probably look that much better. get it if you can at 399 this is just insane value

2080 Super performance with less power consumption

Coming from a 2070 super I don't expect groundbreaking FPS differences, but what I am seeing is at or better performance with lower power consumption. This beats my 2070 super (more in line with a 2080 super) from EVGA, and it consumes less power while remaining cooler overall. A definite win in my book. Installation was easy and the card is actually smaller than my outgoing 2070 super. One thing I noticed is that the fans don't ramp up to 100% during boot like my 2070 super was doing so that's also a nice bonus.

I bought this to replace an RX 570. Such an awesome leap in performance. I went from around 30fps with Cyberpunk 2077 settings on high, to around 55+fps on Ray Tracing Ultra settings. Added bonuses are that it's super quiet and stays around 55-60C when running intensive games. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of upgrading their GPU!

I just finished my build. Have not done any gaming yet. I like this GPU so far. I have watched videos and they have run without flaw. I am running at 1080P and it work great. I spent a lot of time trying to get this and it was worth the wait. The MSRP on this sure beats the other options out there.

Solid card for the money, can get 170-200 frames on Apex and Fortnite at max settings. I cap my fps at 240 due to my monitor, and I can easily hit that on games like siege and overwatch. I have hit near 400 frames on valorant. I wish I could have gotten the 3070 but overall this card is the best value for money card rn and is a great buy. Once you fire up your computer, set up is easy, and in order to optimize games, all you have to do is download the latest drivers from Nvidia, and you are set.

Purchased this for my daughter to replace her old RX 570 8GB. She mainly games at 1080p 144hz, so the 3060ti kills at this resolution. Gets nearly the same performance as my son's RTX 3070 and is $100 cheaper. The card looks fantastic as Nvidia really nailed the FE design this time around. The cooler works very well, rarely getting far above 60C under load. Only complaint is that the card is hard to find in stock and it only has 8GB vram. But for $400, it offers tons of performance.

Owned for a year now, still not limiting in any significant way with my game library. Cyberpunk does push it to the edge, but it holds up well, stays cool and quiet, and any visual defects aren't noticeable with the right graphics settings. Overclocks nicely too.

I love this graphics card. Great price for a card that will do nearly anything you want it to at reasonable resolutions. Some games may have slightly low frames but with lowering setting a tiny bit they can be regained

Excellent card for performance and value at MSRP. Highly recommend, I can run max settings at 1080p for sure, anything higher would be medium-high settings which I honestly don’t care because I’m here to not stutter/lag while still having decent graphics quality. Highly recommend this card, I feel it’ll last for years to come.

This is a fantastic card that's also built very well. Cooling is a non-issue with the new passthrough design on the top of the cooler, and it is extremely quiet. Runs everything perfectly smooth. If you can get your hands on one of these cards, $400 is a great price for this.

Gone back to Team Green. I needed a little bit of a boost from my RX580 which was a great workhorse. Now that I've gone Ultrawide and wanted to give Ray Tracing a try. The 3060 was the perfect candidate for my budget. It's quiet and more than powerful enough paired with a Ryzen 5600X. All my games run great, including Cyberpunk (60-75fps on average) on Ultra RTX and DLSS. The only con I'll give is the proprietary and stiff adapter required to power it.

Excellent mid-range card by Nvidia. It's equivalent to an RTX 2080/super I think so if you're playing mainly on 1080p, this thing is a beast. For 1440p, it won't hit all games on Ultra but it will give you a run for your money. Regardless the card is $400 which is a steal for what you get in terms of performance. A 2080 costed well over $500 last year.
