Dont get it over the 3070, and if you want more performance, just get the 3080 for a 100 dollars more. It will be 20% better for that 100$ vs the only 7% performance increase from jumping from 500$ for th 3070 to 600$ for the ti

An excellent choice

This being said, the card is an absolute king for gaming at ultra qualities at 1440p. Nvidia's new coolers are a huge advancement over the 10 series and earlier and even still better than the 20 series coolers. The pass-through cooler pushes the heat away from the card and out the back. Also the fans are relatively quiet. Overall a great option for msrp, it's nice to see Nvidia return with competitive pricing!
