I feel very sorry for those buying consoles and being locked into a restrictive and costly ecosystem when they could have bought this and built a PC around it for the same end price after taking into account an Xbox Live or PlayStation Plus membership and game prices ($70 on the "next-gen consoles")

Nvidia with the clutch!

It’s a shame that eBay scalpers and elsewhere are taking advantage of these great retail prices and controlling the market. With this card you can easily run any game with ease. I can’t wait to get my hands on one for my next build!

Find something else to do with your time and money

I bought my gtx 1080 3 1/2 years ago and still going strong. I would strongly recommend you find something else to do. I bought a motorcycle. Get outside and do something. Nvidia will not get anymore of my money. Sorry, nothing against best buy. I got my 1080 from you guys. I have never bought anything other than Nvidia and I'm done. I'm sure the RTX 3080 is a wonderful card, but not worth the hassle.

Input lag gone!!!

Previous setup was a 2070 with club3d display port to hdmi2.1 adapter=massive input lag in all games stuttering juddering in movies games and only 8 bit color. Even at 1440p 120hz and hdmi had noticeable lag compared to this with native hdmi 2.1 at 4k@120hz 10 bit color dolby atmos through arc hdmi to denon receiver. Only issue Hdr induces sound drops to receiver. Had to turn on overscan? On TV settings to on to fit to panel properly. Resizing desktop in nvidia settings breaks the 10bit color setup. Unicorns do exist!!!
