Best card. Just a beast of a graphics card. Smaller than most of the partner cards but still looks great with subtle rgb capability. Card does performs great at 4k and 2k gaming. Great graphics card if you can get a hold of one. Definitely recommended. The only downside is the 12 pin adapter included in the box is rather clunky and does not look good inside the build. Some PSU companies sell 12 pin pcie cables which are worth looking into. Temps are a little bit on the high side but nothing to worry about.

Great video card. Got lucky to snag one of these. My recommendation is to use the mobile app it's so much faster and easier. The video card is a beast and handles anything I throw. My only complain is the dam coil whine, I've read online many psu don't handshake properly with it. I Was considering returning it for a refund but the odds of being able to snag one again are very low so I'll just hold on to it. If it gets insanely louder i might consider a rma in the future. Best of luck in getting one.

If you got one of these guys you should probably buy a lottery ticket because you hit the jackpot. This card is cheaper than most 3070's and can outperform them with ease. The VRAM does get hot, so you may want to consider changing the thermal pads if you are running memory-intensive jobs for more than a few hours. But seriously this is one of the best GPUs and the price is amazing. A little bummed it didn't come with a support bar but eh you already got the best price-performance there is.

I had read a lot of reviews about people experiencing heat issues with this card so my standards weren’t set to high upon purchasing this card. But after running the card for a few weeks now I can honestly say that this card has exceeded my expectations and more. Not only have I had not had any issues with this card so far but its runs way cooler vram temps than my other msi 3080 gpu. Highly recommend buying if given the opportunity, amazing gpu for an unbelievable price.

Excellent card with one flaw: bad thermal pads

This is one of the most professional non-gamer looking graphics card on the market. The pass-thru airflow design is pretty unique and it does work. Performance is pretty much all you could ask for in 2021. I do not have any issues running most games at 4K with high settings. The only issue I have with the card is the extremely high VRAM temp. I was hitting somewhere around 108-110C playing Minecraft RTX and CP2077!! I opened the card up and replaced the VRAM thermal pads with some Gelid 2mm pads and temps are now much more reasonable at 90-96C usually with an overclock. The biggest difference is not only in the temp but the fan noise. It was a jet engine before I replaced the thermal pads. With the better thermal pads, the fan spins at 1800rpm while gaming vs 3000rpm. For such an expensive card, Nvidia should've used better pads. If you're hitting 110C the card will throttle and you will get stutters and frame drops. So -1 star for Nvidia's bad decision to use low quality thermal pads on such high performance VRAM. All in all, I'm very happy with the card and I don't feel like I'm cutting myself short.

Somehow I was able to get one, and I'm very impressed with the performance. Gets over double the frames compared my old 1070 ti, depending on the game. Obviously this is the best value 3080 especially after other brands raised prices. I had some trouble setting it up, but I think the problem was the first slot on my motherboard, not the GPU. Moving it to second slot pretty much got rid of the issues. Don't forget about the new power connector, but it comes with an adapter in the box.

The Gold standard of the 3000 Series

Does the job, and isn't more than it should be. Very small form factor with premium feeling build. Disassembly can be tricky as there is an outdated ribbon style but watercooling it makes it even more small form factor due to the short PCB. You'll understand the placement of the power plug location when you see it, but why proprietary 12 pin, Nvidia, why??? Nvidia drivers are not plug and play for gaming - don't let any fanboys fool you. I owned both AMD 6000 series and Nvidia 3000 series so I don't testify for any brand. Mine had coil whine in (2) different EVGA PSUs 650w and 750w. Temperatures are warmer than AIB models, even when watercooling. I'd say this is the gold standard of the 3000 series, and $699 should be the cap you pay - not much more you are getting for other models.

Very excellent GPU for gaming, definitely the fastest card I've ever used and even a significant upgrade from my already blazing fast 2080 Super. 17,000 points on Time Spy with a Ryzen 7 5800X and DDR4-4000 memory on PCIe 4.0 with ReBAR enabled. Only negative I can give this card is that for as much effort NV put into designing the cooler, the actual cooling on the memory chips is REALLY bad. Even in gaming I can log the memory temps hovering around 104-108 degrees Celsius. For reference, the Junction thermal limit is 110C where it will start to throttle the card's clockspeed so to me this is unacceptable. In normal times I would recommend getting a card with custom cooling like an EVGA XC3 or FTW3 model but given the state of things, this is still a very good card. Go for it if you are able to get one.

Absolute beast of a GPU. By far the best value for a 3080 considering what AIBs are asking for their models. I've read there are thermal issues with this card but it runs at 40C at idle with the fans stopped and 75C under heavy load (Unigen 'Valley' benchmark in 4K). Good airflow through the case likely helps. If you can get this card at MSRP, don't think just BUY!

I upgraded to this from a GTX 1080. This card is absolutely amazing. It can run almost everything maxed out at native 4k at 60 fps. Getting DLSS on supported games have been a game changer. I usually use this on my 1440p monitor at 240 hz with g-sync and it's like butter on 100% of everything I play. The price was extremely fair for the performance considering what some other models (EVGA, ASUS, etc) are going for. Overall extremely happy.

Great card! Was lucky enough to get it into my cart and actually check out during an online drop. Everything on High or Ultra for Warzone and still maintains 130-150 fps on a 3440x1440. Nvidia fan curve is a bit lower to keep the noise on the quieter end, but can be up'd for better cooling. Compared to an AIB card, FE was running 10C higher on default fan curve (~50% fan) in game - using MSI Afterburner user default fan curve increase to 72% brought the temp down to 65C.
