One of the best GPU's out there with a great price point compared to the ones from other manufacturers. Its performance for gaming is at par with RTX 3090 for 2k widescreen if you can get one for MSRP.

The 3080 founder’s edition has incredible features, incredible performance, and incredible thermals. On top of all that, it is the best looking GPU I have ever seen. Be persistent, don’t give in to scalpers. This card is well worth the wait.

Really outstanding card. Does extremely well at 2k, but not quite a 4k card. At the time of purchase it was priced well. Card is 2 slot despite running some hot gddr6x.

If you are shopping for a high end graphics card, then you very likely don't need my review of this product. You already know how it stacks up against the new AMD cards. Suffice to say that IF you can get your hands on a 3080, by all means, do so. ;-) You will not be disappointed. This is not so much a review of the card than to give kudos to BB for the way they handled a difficult situation. When they had it in stock, they put measures in place to lessen the impact of the scalper's bots. Plus BB sold the card at MSRP while many other supposedly reputable retailers are charging a hefty premium above MSRP. I'm not a fanboy of any particular retail outlet, but do recognize a class act when I see it. Best Buy will always get a shot at my business when I'm in the market for something they are selling.

Finally, got lucky to buy one. This gpu is truly impressive. The design is simple yet elegant. I am looking forward to play cyberpunk on this. My rig would be complete now. Best buy is really a best buy. Great bot protection. Thank you

Upgraded from a 2080 Super with a 240mm AIO to this card. The reviews are all true, it's a fantastic card and made me upgrade from 1080p to 1440p, and I still have way better performance with no noticeable increase in volume or temperature. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the buying experience, it's been out for months now and it's still next to impossible to get one of these cards. If you can get your hands on one at a good price, either resell it at MSRP or enjoy the performance! Don't give scalpers your money or become one.

Overall, the quality and performance of the card is miles ahead of my old 1080ti. Availability aside, speaking about just the performance, I really think it is the best card on the market right now for value ASIDE from the 3070. Great card.

The best of the best. If only we could actually buy em. A fanastic card for gaming, rendering, and yeah... mining. Nvidia hit it out of the park with this card. Now there just need to be about 69 million more of them.

I could talk about my experience, but I know that very few, if many are wanting to see an in-depth review of this card. Watch the Gamer's Nexus review for performance data. I love the card, and I was able to get it at msrp. I personally waited in line for 20 hours to get the card on the July 20th restock at my local Best Buy store. I suggest to those who want this card, or any card near msrp, to watch the "news" to see if there will be another in store drop. If not, I suggest getting the Best Buy app and doing "Online Camping" every other Thurdsay/Tuesday for a Best Buy Online drop. Youtuber "fixitfixitfixit" was my personal favorite of the streamers that was able to predict drops and help others with getting the card. The Best Buy app works the best, for it seems to have better connection to the BB servers, but I don't really know why. You can try the browser version, but pre-loading up one payment information on the app allows for the quickest checkout and thus works best. I was able to get a 3060ti on launch day due to this strategy, which now belongs to a good friend of mine. My only dislike of the card is the hot vram temps. I see them get up to 100C while playing Battlefield 1 and GTA V. I wished that nvidia was able to supply better thermal pads, which could have easily reduced vram temps by 10-20C. I wish you the best on your GPU shopping journey, and try your best to resist the urge to buy from a scalper, it won't be worth it in the end after your honeymoon phase with the card is over - I know many a gamer who now have this regret. If you are one of the lucky ones to get your hands on this, you’ll know that this card is a beast. I absolutely love it. It’s also attractive design. This card is so clean, it looks like they did a design collaboration with Apple.

Great product, definitely quieter than previous powerhouse graphics cards I have owned. The size is also very reasonable for what it brings to the table. Performance is much better than the 3070, grab this one if you can.

The FE of the 3080 has been a fantastic card, and even though it is difficult to get your hands on it right now, BB has done the best they can to get this card into the hands of consumers, and the product itself is fantastic!

This thing is nuts and runs absolutely anything I throw at it, 240hz gaming, 4k gaming, etc. The value for money is also insane compared to the other generations of RTX and GTX. That is, if you get it at the $770 MSRP.

I love the design and the way the logo glows when you power on your pc is just so good looking. If you play VR or very graphically demanding games then this is for you, it runs games with amazing visuals at a very high fps

RTX3080 are really fast, but this version is really loud and runs really hot as well. It has the same problem all the other 3080 seem to have with crazy hot vram. The fan on this is ridiculously loud and only does a reasonable job of cooling. I have seen other 3080s that run cooler and much quieter. At this point supply is tough, so get it while you can but if you have a choice I can definitely recommend a different implementation of 3080.

A best of a card that looks amazing and run many games at 4k. I got lucky post thanks to a post on reddit gave me the heads up and i was able to grab card before it 30 second sell out. I got the card quicker than what was promised that a plus. Box showed up looking like someone played a game of catch and drop the box, but thanks to Nvidia thick foam passing no damage to card. This card overclocks well and at idle is very quite. it is a dust magnet. Also depending on you case you make have to get imaginative with getting it in there. Not every games get that 4k ultra at 60 to 120 without small tweaks but if you are PC person you already know that and making those small tweaks on a settings that you will never notice will push games to that wonderful butter smooth high FPS.

Worked right out of the box, runs cooler/better than prior cards. And the only card that is worth getting. Dont bother spending 100+ on other 3080's. Save your money for the card that the company made the right way.

The only 3080 one can buy at MSRP presently. For that reason alone it is a great price to performance value. The only issue I have had with it is the memory temps. This is a well known issue. It is due to the low quality thermal pads that have been applied to the memory modules. I was able to purchase some after market thermal pads for less than $20. After applying them to the card temps were significantly reduced while gaming ~100C - ~85C. The card is well designed and only a few screws and two ribbon cables need to be removed in order to tear down and apply the new pads. This modification is highly recommended if you intend to hold on to this card for years as reducing those temps will significantly increase life expectancy.

Card is great! Meets all expectations. Best deal possible ANYWHERE at this time. Arrived for pickup on time. No problems at all, would certainly purchase this again if lucky enough to get the opportunity.

Best performance for your money. Card is way better looking that any of the aftermarket cards out there. Works like a charm and can handle any game you throw at it.
