Customers value the GeForce RTX 3080's high performance and competitive price, frequently praising its powerful GPU and effective cooling system. Many appreciate the card's design and its ability to handle ray tracing well, although some experienced noticeable fan noise or coil whine. While power consumption is a concern for some, others found it acceptable.

This thing has been great. Purchased back in April through the Best Buy website. It was pretty thrilling actually getting one of these. I Game mostly at 1440p and it has performed flawlessly. A nice upgrade from my 5700xt. I also mine when not in use to cover the cost. I'm a happy gamer.

Excellent GPU for 4K gaming. Handles recent AAA titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War well with 60+ FPS at maxed settings. VRAM can get a little toasty when playing titles with ray-tracing, so sufficient cooling or case with good airflow is recommended.

Appreciate BB putting features in to try and beat these bots. Finally got my hands on one of these. It's a beautiful thing. Upgraded from a 2060s, and it was worth every penny and the countless amount of time spent watching for drops. Here's to everyone getting their hands on one soon. Best of luck.

Great video card and arguably the best value of it's generation---if you can manage to buy it. I would consider purchasing the upgraded version with 2GB additional memory if possible, but it's hard to advise anyone hold out for a product that's very difficult to find.

Great affordable graphics card for 1440 and 4k, too bad it isn't readily available was one of lucky ones to purchase one before the price increases and availability.

Very nice card! Does everything I had hoped for including running Cyberpunk 2077 @ 60+ FPS 1440p with all the bells and whistles enabled. Video memory does seem to run very warm 90C+. Glad after having to wait 28+ hours in line for the in store drop to get this card for MSRP.

To 3080 from 3070

Solid card. Definitely an upgrade from the 3070, but the 3070 is no slouch. You'll be happy with either, but if you want that buttery smooth fps on those demanding games on 1440p+, get this card. The 3070 does struggle a bit in that regard.

The best value in GPUs, if you pay MSRP.

What can I say. We all know the GPU is incredible, it's the market that sucks Well if you score this from Best Buy for MSRP it's like winning the lottery! Don't hesitate if you get one to cart. Pay as fast as you can, and think about the purchase later. lol

Card kicks butt on every single game I play in 1440p High to Ultra settings. Im pretty sure my processor and pci gen 3 slot on my mobo is bottlenecking the card a bit and its still really good. If you got one of these consider yourself blessed.

As expected from an NVidia FE card, it does the job plus some. Haven't had an issue from it and it has handled all my games without an issue at all. I usually put my computer through the ringer with all the apps and games I play, but this card stands strong!

Best 30-series Nvidia GPU of 2020

Absolutely the best in the 30-series line from Nvidia (considering price). Huge generational jump from 20-series. Performs incredibly on 1440p high refresh games and quite capable on 4k. With how good the 3080 performs, one should only really go for 3090 if you absolutely need the graphics memory.

I've replaced a AMD Vega 64 with this, and the difference is night and day. I'm able to run Minecraft with Ray tracing and Club Penguin is even better than ever. You can see all the beak detail and enabling DLSS offers high frames, even when the penguin club is full to the brim. 10/10

Just the best value. Forget about the Ti, that’s just Nvidia’s shameless cash grab when they realized how much money they could wring out of their loyal costumers. The 3080 is the way to go.

The 3080 offers absolutely insane value at $699. Being closer to the 3090 than the 3070 in terms of performance. It’s easily capable of running anything you throw at it in native 4k. If you can get the Founder’s Edition at this price, do it.

The 3080 is a fantastic graphics card. The MSRP of 700 is an amazing value for the amount of graphics horsepower you get from it. The graphics card handles every game no problem and I have no doubt it won't break a sweat on any game for years to come

Does everything I wanted it to do and more. Now my processor is the only thing holding this card back. As a content creator, it can handle playing demanding games and recording at the same time as well as editing 4k video. If you have the chance to get one, take that chance

This thing shrwad through ganes at native 4k. Great for 1440p gaming as well. Kind of a waste at 1080p. So far so good its and absolute work horse and ive put it through its paces. If you can get one for marp its an incredible value that we probably wont see again

As of February 2021 these cards are still basically impossible to find. Since the FE cards didn't increase in price with Tariff's these are the best Value IMO! They also look the best!
By far the hardest card to purchase!

I mean what can I say its a founders edition. It works as described but I will say the price is up there. I don't have any issues running high fps games and dual monitors. Works great, no frame drops unless its a game issue.

Great card if you manage to snag one while they're in stock. Crushes most everything I throw at it in 1440p while providing enough frames to make my Gsync useful. I really dig the tiny PCB as well. If you're going to make a SFF watercooled system it really is the way to go.
