Great but overhyped

It is not as amazing as Nvidia made it out to be. It was overhyped. I'm still glad I was able to get ahold of one. It is very power hungry. I have it paired with an overclocked i7-9700k

Hands down best 3080 for pice

If you're able to get your hands on one! this is the way to go - so glad i was able to buy one and game with it daily. vram temp is a little on the high side when playing games but i suspect reinstalling the pads will take care of this. For me its fairly quiet and runs great.

RTX 3080 FE, great card!

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buy it if you can, I don't have benchmarks to compare with any other 3080s... but heck, it's a 3080! More heat comes out of the top of the card's fan than you'd expect at first (raised ram temp by 7-10c at idle) but it is not obtrusive or bad. I have a top mounted radiator pulling hot air out of the case, only a ~5-10c CPU temp increase.
