Customers commend the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB GDDR6X for its exceptional gaming performance and impressive GPU capabilities, frequently praising the card's design and size suitability for various builds. However, some users note the high price point and elevated temperatures during operation, along with occasional fan noise and coil whine. While many appreciate the high resolution capabilities, potential buyers should be aware of these potential drawbacks.

Nice GPU! The best of the best (minus the 3090 of course). This card is a beast. Temps are great! However, Mem Junction temps do rest around 90C at 4k Max settings with GPU at STOCK FAN settings. This can easily be cooled down further by doing a manual curve in MSI Afterburner, i.e. if(GPU temp < 54c) fanSpeed = 0; Else fanSpeed = %RPM; This will keep it cool. I don't mind the stock settings tbh. 90c Mem Junction temp is way within good. Nonetheless, gaming at 4k max I reach about 74c on the main gpu temp which is great!

Overpriced and expensive but that's the current state of affairs with graphics cards right now. Performance is great if you can afford it, and it's still cheaper than the 3090, not to mention somewhat easier to get than the 3080. Overall it is what it is.

Gaming at 4k and 144hz is finally possible with this card so I can’t complain. Runs hotter than my previous card but still within safe limits.

This thing looks fantastic and runs even better. It could probably have done with a better cooler, but it cranks out some serious performance.

High endcard matching the 3090s performance for a few hundred less! Still not as good of value as the 3080 but worth getting if you have the chance!

A little expensive but an absolute beast. If you can’t find a 3070Ti for retail, I’d say this is the next best thing.

Similar gaming performance to the 3090, a decent bump up from the 3080. As always, price may not be worth for all. The thermals have improved slightly since the original 3000 series cards released. If running for extended periods re-padding or adding custom copper shims might not be a bad idea. Just be warned the FE cooling shrouds are a bit of a hassle compared to other manufacturers.

It's expensive. BUT it is worth every penny for gaming and multiple monitors. I don't think I'd upgrade this GPU for at least a decade.

GPU died at a bad time. Fits in a SFF case, and temps are not bad if undervolted for similar performance.

It's fast. Very very fast. Will run any game you want. But is it worth 71% more money than the $699 3080, when it's not even close to being 71% better (More like 10% better). It's up to you if you want to spend the cash. That's the only reason I give it four stars.

If you can get your hands on this card for its actual $1200 MSRP, this is a beast for the price. If you think about it, most of the better third-party nVidia RTX 3080 cards are pretty close in price at the time of this review, so the logic of paying $1150 for a 3080 vs $1200 for this is pretty easy to see in my mind. Honestly, it was a biger performance jump from the 3070 Ti that I had before it than I was expecting. It's essentially knocking on the door of the RTX 3090 for most use cases.

I absolutely LOVE this card. I waited in line overnight at my local Best Buy a few months back to buy this GPU and it was totally worth it. This was after months of trying to buy a GPU online and failing to beat the bots.
I play most games in 1440p with 100+ fps on high/ultra settings. While the price-to-performance ratio was a little disheartening compared to other 30-series cards, the fact that I was able to buy a Founder’s Edition card at MSRP was a miracle. Very happy with this purchase!

It’s a great card and a 3090 in a 3080 TI body. With that there are some caveats though, card gets hot extremely hot that it throttles (common issue if you research), if you undervolt and find a perfect spot (.9 V 1800mhz) makes it run in the 70s

Yes! It was worth wating outside of Best Buy for 13 hours! I sure hope BB does more in store only purchases so that more actual humans/non Bitcoin miners can get their hands on some type of normal-ish priced gpu.
Performance wise I litterally cannot compare it to anything I've had before. It beats my 10 year old laptops graphics by, yup, 10 years of technolgical advancements. And it does better than the integrated graphics of mt Intel CPU. I did notice a much better color output to my monitor once I installed it.

Good card terrible price. 99% great for gaming but not all games will run at full with this. Also be warned that the thermals for this are high as well. So watch temps when you push this thing.
