Customers are saying

Customers commend the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB GDDR6X for its exceptional gaming performance and impressive GPU capabilities, frequently praising the card's design and size suitability for various builds. However, some users note the high price point and elevated temperatures during operation, along with occasional fan noise and coil whine. While many appreciate the high resolution capabilities, potential buyers should be aware of these potential drawbacks.

Excellent GPU, runs games at 4k like it's nothing. 10/10 I love the lack of RGB, I like the heat exchanger design. Card runs cool (esp. the VRAM). Not a miner card. The cooling design is interesting, and it works for me. The fan near the I/O draws air under the GPU, hits a majority of the components, and the heat is directed around the I/O ports in the back. The other fan pulls air through a radiator, with copper tubes meant to cool many of the same components that are prone to getting really hot. My case airflow design pulls a majority of the air from the front of the case, a single fan pulls air from the top of the case, and all the air ejects out the back fan and openings. This ensures all dust is trapped in removable mesh filters, and gives you a guarantee of airflow, instead of a best guess where the air might be going. It works really well. The big yellow fans (5 140mm) push ~120CFM and the back (120mm) pushes ~80CFM. 2 of the 140mm fans are a push pull setup on the CPU cooler. I'm running a 5800 Ryzen 7 series (which are prone to high temps) and because of this card's flow design, and my placements of fan and their directions, I have had 0 issues with temperature. Makes me confused why these other manufactues make full length cards, when these are significantly shorter (until you add the heat exchanger/fan). My 1 complaint, if I had to make one, is the 12 pin setup going to 2 8 pins, it made the look ever so slightly off (because all of my other wires are grey metal braided, and this was black cloth braided). But that's being very picky.

Worth every penny if you run an ultrawide monitor!

Coming from a custom cooled (NZXT Kraken G12 & Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 240 AIO) RTX 2080, and using an ultrawide monitor, I can only say that my expectations are beyond what I had imagined! As one other reviewer said, this is an OC beast, and smashes through framerates at ultra settings like an oncoming train! Heat has not been an issue, though I wish there were some aftermarket brackets (NZXT?) for hooking up an AIO.

RTX 3080 TI is Powerful, at the time i bought it, it was around 900 USD, Worth it vs the 1200. In terms of 40 series? I don't know how i would've went, it would've cost me more, and i wouldve had to get a new power supply. 30 series works for me.

Great card, but not worth bump from 3080 MSRP

Great GPU, even if Nvidia effectively "scalped" the price of their own card. If it was a normal market where you could buy a 3080 or 3080 ti at MSRP, the performance increase for gaming is not enough to go from a $700 3080 to a $1200 3080 ti. Also, the founders edition using that 12 pin power connector is honestly just ugly in most PC builds if you care about looks.

Not going to lie, been with AMD since it was ATI and putting out All in Wonder cards. When you can grab an Nvidia for $100 more than a 6900, you get it. Fair better hdr settings than AMD, and my inability to load FIFA went away, too. Games look and play so much better.

I was one of the people who waited outside of Best Buy for it and it was totally worth it. Very similar in performance to the 3090. Upgraded from a 1070 founders edition. Planning on doing a Corsair custom loop for the system in the future. But still looks amazing as is.

Upgraded from a 3060ti because on some games I was running out or vram to play max settings on 1440p. This card dosent dissappoint. Couple titles almost 50 more fps than the 3060ti. Runs cool if you have plenty of air flow.

Great graphics card! Worth the upgrade from a GTX 1660ti to this beast of a card. I get on average 60 fps in msfs with max render resolution and ultra graphics. Really cool!

Outperforms the 3090 in some games. AWFUL LAUNCH. Wanted a 3080 non ti but scalpers got to the front of the line days early and even trashed the bestbuy with food and bottles. Bestbuy didn't really handle the scalper issue very well due to some of the people in the line going for a second time.

Let me start off with saying, this thing is top of the line. You wont get much better than this right now. Although I had to wait nearly 15 hours in line to be able to purchase it I would say it was gladly worth it rather than having to pay a resale markup price
