Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the GeForce RTX 3090's outstanding performance and excellent GPU, with many praising its efficient cooling and solid build quality. However, some users find the card's high price and large size to be drawbacks. A few also reported experiencing coil whine and noted its high power consumption and substantial weight.

Beast Mode
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A beastly card for a beastly price. The design looks really good and the build quality is excellent. The card is extra large though, make sure the dimensions fit your case!

Well worth the price tag
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was originally helping a friend try to buy a 3060 (I personally was waiting for a 3080), and I was scrambling to get whatever card I could into my cart. When I saw that I had gotten this card as a successful purchase, my heart stopped (both out of joy, but also shock at the price tag). I was concerned that I wouldn't get as much use out of the nearly DOUBLE MSRP value over the 3080, but then low and behold the chip shortage gets worse. I tell God literally every day how happy I am to have purchased this when I did. The price to performance is second to none, and since I work as a VR Developer, the vram size is extremely helpful for Blender and Unity3D renders.

Best gaming GPU right now.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most powerful consumer graphics card on the market right now. It runs very cool and it has a sleek and attractive design. Pricey, but you get a lot of performance. Fan can be a bit loud during max speeds, but it's not a big issue for me. One con is that the plastic locking clip on the 12 pin PSU adapter broke off so I can easily pull off the power cable from the GPU without much effort.

Powerful Card
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was building my first PC and did not know about the current GPU shortage. Was on the website at the right time when these released. Had a few 3080s make it into my cart for purchase but, the website wouldn't let me pickup at any store I chose. When I added the 3090 to my cart, was able to checkout just fine. It runs games with ease and have had no issues. Games that were pixilated and crashing before now run with ease on the highest settings. Make sure your case is large enough as this is quite a big card. Initially had trouble installing the drivers as GeForce Experience said my Windows 10 wasn't compatible. Was able to install them using Device Manager and then update to the current driver using the Nvidia software.

Beast of a card!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card is massive and heavy. It makes the 3080 Ti look really puny. Definitely an overkill for every day use and gaming alone. Nevertheless, it looks beautiful in the case.

Its the king of video cards. Whats not to like?
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A ridiculously expensive Graphics card that you have to wait outside the store for 12 hours just to get the opportunity to spend your life savings on it. It could be worse if you want a straight 3080 card. Those people had to wait 24 hours outside the store for those. The most decent priced cards go first. The TI and 3090 cards go last. If I was to guess I'd say the $1200 dollar 3080 TI cards were the last to go. It was an interesting experience. Add a little wood smoke and you could easily feel like you were at a campground. As for the card it has to be the heaviest card I have ever seen. Runs a little hot when maxed out but nothing a few fans added can't fix.

Worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card is incredible. Even for the money. Absolutely demolishes games and runs almost everything I play at 200+ FPS at 1440p. Kinda power hungry though so make sure you have a solid PSU.

It's so Hot, I mean literally.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Runs a bit hot, it's a lot bulkier than a 3080, a well-ventilated case is a must. I guess it's the best performing GPU right now and so hot on the market and it's hard to buy one so no complaints.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much fast, very stronk. Super big and shiny. Fits perfectly in my case. Runs everything and anything at any given time. Nice fans, very cool. Over 9000 power. Stronger than a super saiyan.

Relative bargain, monster of a card
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We all know graphics cards are crazy overpriced right now. In that sense, this $1500 GPU is actually a great bargain. Just be warned that this is an enormous card. Triple slot and super heavy, however the physical build quality is fantastic. Be warned, the cooling of the memory on the backplate is nonexistent so memory temps can get really hot.

BFGPU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This GPU is obviously not for everyone due to its super high price point for the marginal performance gain over a 3080 but I was willing to fight to get it and am not disappointed. They aren't kidding when they say this thing is massive but it definitely is a workhorse. I personally preferred the cooling system for the nvidia 3090 over the AIBs triple fan design.

Best of the best!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second 3090 purchase. Couldn't be happier this is a beast of a card worth every penny. Plays every game on ultra settings in 1440p. Warzone getting about 180-250fps CRAAZY

Best GPU for Machine Learning!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good GPU for machine learning. Supply is tight so it maybe hard to get for a while but well worth its weight if you are doing machine learning workloads. It has greatly accelerated my AI/ML test cases. Can't recommend it totally for gaming because 3080 is a better value in terms of $/performance but if you wanted the ability to do more, then this is the GPU for you.

Lives up to its title if the most powerful GPU!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.MONSTER! that's the only word I can think of. Yeah, it's a bit pricey and yeah, it took me 5 months to finally get one to upgrade from a 1080ti. What a difference though and well worth it.

4K Gaming Card
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price tag of this particular card hurts a bit, but it handles 4k gaming at 60+ fps with ease. Only a few games required a slight downgrade in settings to reach top performance.

Great GPU
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great card. I was able to buy it a few months after it was released and I have loved it. I first used it in its natural form. It ran like a champ as the fastest card there was. Last summer I installed a EKWB Quantum water block with a custom water loop and it runs cooler and faster. I thought about upgrading to the 3090 ti but for $2,000 I would get only about 5% better performance. While I can afford it I think that wasn’t the best use of my money. I decided to just wait until the 4090 comes out then I’ll buy that thing.

A long time outside Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card is good but considering the price point I have given 4 stars. This is the cheapest 3090 card out there and I can play my games with all its bells and whistles on. I would definitely recommend the 3090FE card if you are looking for that series. I had to stand in line overnight to just get my hands on this card but was worth it.

Great GPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great GPU. I’d honestly recommend a 3080 or 3080ti over this if I’m being honest. 3090 is better but you’re paying quite a bit more for a slight improvement.

3090 FE
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great card and decent thermals. Only issue I had with this card was it was literally as large as a brick and did not look anything like 3080/70/60 in terms of size.

Beast Mode!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The granddaddy of them all right now. If you have the budget for one of these and can somehow manage to get one for retail like I did you won't regret the purchase. With this card you will be set in the graphics department for probably the next 8-10 years and beyond. Obviously better cards will come out in the future but just like the 2080 TI is still easily powerful enough for the highest resolution of today's games, the 3090 will do the same years down the road. The 3080 is probably a better value for what you are spending vs the performance but if money is no object and you just have to have the best, this is clearly it.
