Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the GeForce RTX 3090's outstanding performance and excellent GPU, with many praising its efficient cooling and solid build quality. However, some users find the card's high price and large size to be drawbacks. A few also reported experiencing coil whine and noted its high power consumption and substantial weight.

Great card, but huge.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cheapest 3090, and the only one worth it. Added 12000 to my firestrike score over my old 1080. Card is very long though, make sure you measure your case.

inadequate stock vram cooling
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.as a $1500 graphics card, it's a pretty ridiculous product. but seeing as the msrp is $1500, that somehow makes it marginally more feasible to purchase it directly from a retailer, so that's something. the founder's edition cooler is great at keeping the gpu die nice and cool, which one would expect given the card's size. the vram cooling, however, is quite inadequate. the default fan curve starts to ramp very aggressively as vram gets over ~100 celsius and performance will throttle at 110C. this can happen during any memory intensive task (like eth mining, but also certain games). I rectified the issue by replacing the stock thermal pads with thermalright ones, which lowered vram temperatures significantly. it's rather absurd that such a mod is required on a product of this price class, but such is our current existence.

Amazing card if you can afford it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing card that will handle whatever gets thrown at it. Costly, but well worth it and if you're mining, will pay for itself in no time.

GREAT Card!!!!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everyone is complaining about the lack of quantity and difficulty to land one of these cards. I get that is a frustration for everyone. But let me state emphatically that this card is worth the wait. Don't complain about value on the fastest video card on the market, built for enthusiasts that is $1,000 cheaper than the previous RTX Titan leader. $1,500 is a good price range all things considered. As far as the card itself, IT'S A BEAST! Totally worth the wait! It is huge, solid, absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and just flat out performs. This card is awesome. No regrets!

Not for gaming, but great for pros
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent card, very pricey but worth it, especially if you run renders for a living. Too much for a gaming card unless you must have the very best.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.power and performance for gaming and productivity. 3090 costs more but is better if you are doing other things such as 3D rendering, video editing, etc.

A massive card with some massive power
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card is nothing to mess around with. It's ability to render video is unprecedented. It's got the crazy price tag, but it also has all that VRAM!

ALL THE FRAMES
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 3080 is a better value proposition but the 3090 is a marvel of engineering. Longer than an Xbox Series X is tall and probably about as heavy. It runs cool as a cucumber and is quiet even when the fans do ramp up. Ray Tracing is breathtaking in the titles that support it and DLSS 2.0 shines as well.

The Ultimate Card For Artists
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my first PC build. I have been working on an 2015 iMac for the past 5 years and desperately needed an upgrade. Needless to say, this thing runs like a champ. It handles any workload you can throw at it with ease. I mostly run UE4 and Blender on it, and it preforms as expected. I highly recommend this card for any other 3D artists or game designers.

Beastly card. 24 Gb is over kill
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A beast of a graphics card. I'm actually glad I got this over the 3080. The price is pretty ridiculous, but even at 3440x 1440 at 144hz it uses over 12 GB of ram. It runs 144hz constantly for warzone. It runs the challenging titles like Control and Cyberpunk 2077 with ease. I'm impressed at the performance for gaming even with DLSS enabled to enjoy the views, even if 2077 is a hot mess. The 24 Gb has benefits with different content creation and is practically a titan card without the drivers. It is a shame that more cards are not 16Gb in size

Great GPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card is a beast. It’s overkill but everything runs at max settings. The card remains silent even when running demanding games with RTX on.

Took 3 months of diligent watching...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great GPU. This thing is a beast. I was able to fit it into a NZXT S340 Elite with a full 240 radiator. I did purchase a GPU brace to help hold this nearly 6 lb behemoth. I was fortunate enough to snag this at MSRP. Dont contribute to scalpting. If you want one, try getting on the site on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays at 10am CST, 11am CST, and 1pm CST. The "Sold Out" icon may say something like "Click for Details". Follow those instructions, and do it fast so that some bot doesnt get it. Good luck to all you gamers!

Best graphics card yet!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome! Max out settings are possible for all current Games. 24GB seems overkill but I rather have enough space for VRAM. Upgraded from GTX1080.

Big Brick 3090
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the 3090 is a beast heavy gaming GPU and is the highest rate of performance for GPUs of today as of year 2021. It helps so much with gaming and has helped improved it by A LOT. I used to own a gaming laptop and playing on a PC is so MUCH better! One thing I really don't like about this GPU is that it makes a ringing noise when playing on high graphic games such as COD Warzone and etc. Thankfully, I heard rumors about the New World and have not played that game. I'll wait till that issue is fixed.

Ultimatley worth while if you ever have the chance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.price performance ratio is what it is. Say what you want about it but this card has the power to cure my depression almost single handily. Been playing hitman 3 at max settings at 1440p with consistent framerates above 120 fps at all times. whenever im feeling down i always remind myself that the good lord allowed me to have this piece of hardware in my life and I can die happy. I'm not even being sarcastic at all. 10/10

Great card, bad company practice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it right before the announcement of 3090ti. Nvidia is likely to discontinue 3090 production soon. This company never cares about gamers but only its profit. How sinister. I hope once the crypto market crushes and its share price suffers, nvidia will learn the lesson hard. For gamers who are still trying to score one, It is truly unfortunate that nvidia is trying to Jack up the msrp by releasing new variant of the same series without giving a reference price.
