Feeling ripped off

Very light use: emails, web surfing, COD 2 hours per week. RMA under warranty was a bit of a hassle, but they sent me a physically defective refurbished gpu that required another RMA which took a few weeks. They sent me another refurbished gpu. So it’s been a year since I paid full retail for the gpu, used 8 months, 4 months of dealing with customer care to get a refurbished product. I feel ripped off.

Then no updates for a week. Reached out to UPS and was told it was lost. I contacted Best Buy regarding it and they, after another week, refunded my payment. I dont want a refund. I want the item I spent hours of my day trying to purchase.

Dead on arrival
