Decent streaming device, although highly priced. If you plan on streaming games it is excellent. My biggest complaint is it would freeze entirely in certain apps, requiring me to unplug it. I returned it for the Chromecast with Google TV as I found it to be a better value. But if your intent it gaming related, this is far superior.

It’s a good stock version from nvidia but wished it had more memory and ram.

Beautiful picture, great sound, easy to use. 10 times better than a Amazon device.

I bought this to replace an Amazon Fire TV that was having serious buffering issues, not enough memory. With the Nvidia Shield it has plenty memory and it's expandable. We use it for Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and our IPTV all play seamlessly. The Google assistant is a very nice bonus. Not to mention the cool shape of the remote, it fits very well in your hand. I just wish I had made the move sooner.

Pricey but surpasses the firestick and other streaming devices I have used by far.

The Nvidia Shield is a high quality streaming device. It can stream shows from Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube and other popular sources of video entertainment. It can stream 4K programs as well as lesser quality programming. The remote control will light up when picking it up. This is helpful when watching programs in the dark. I would buy this product again.

It has no more than 16gb. Of storage or USB to connect an external harddrive. Its great for streaming.

I have 3 Nvidia Shield units, the rectangle ones, for lack of a better description. I bought this one to hook up to our tiny TV monitor in the kitchen. Very easy set up overall. Had a bit of an issue setting up HDHomerun but got it fired up as well. The size of this can is perfect. Easily hidden behind the monitor. Very pleased with this purchase.

These are the only media devices I'll ever use again. The quality of the processor and the upscaling capability makes the firestick and other competitors look like old technology. These are great for streaming services and IPTV (there are some really neat options out there for IPTV) and the IPTV works great on NVIDIA Shield devices. A definite must if you're cutting cords!

By far the most user friendly streaming box I've tried. Easy setup. Can be easily programmed to control TV and Audio functions. Easy down loads from Google Play store (no searching for directories and running multiple programs to get things working). Automatic updates keep everything working smooth.

Excellent item good to watch movies and everything else high on price but is worth it .

And this one doesn't disappoint. I bought this one because I was curious about the AI Upscaling... It couldn't possibly be good right? It is tremendous. Looking at 1080p using their upscaling will change a shiny looking head to one that has visible sweat on it. I watch a lot of MMA and to be able to get such a dramatic upgrade in the visual quality is worth the cost of this device alone!

Some improvements. But not enough to justify the price. It does seem to run a tiny bit faster. The new remote feels very good in your hand. Also the upscaling feature is so so. would be worth it for $99. Not worth upgrading if you already have the earlier one. Also the tube design, and no USB access is a no no for most. Something to consider. .

The Nvidia sheild is a great streaming device. I love the fact. I can integrate with my home theater. And using Google assistant. To turn on & off the entire system. Awesome interface and menu.

We already own a NVIDIA Shield Pro. We purchased this one for my In-Laws for Christmas. We set it up for them and then showed them how to use it. They absolutely love it! We added favorite channels and now they don't have to watch TV on their tablets or computer anymore. Showed Mom the talk feature, oh boy she loved that! Easy to search what she wants to watch.

Great picture. Very fast. Good price/quality. Definitely recommend it.

If you want the best streamer with the best support nvidia shield is the way to go I have 3 devices the 2015 2017 and the 2019 tube I've tried firestick and get frustrated at how slow it is the fire tv is ok but the shield I still get updates with new features on my oldest shield this is hands down the best streamer out. It is a little pricey but you won't regret it.

This is by far the best streamer especially for the price. I bought 2 when Governor Murphy decided to shut NJ down back in March 2020 and my active family was stuck in the house. You can stream basically from any service. Just download it from the Google play store and your good to go. The best app for this by is Kodi but I'll let you figure that out buy yourself.
