Wanted it for local channels cant get them has alot of apps but not for me

I dont know if ive just gotten a defective item or what. Ive purchased the Shield Pro and have had no issues whatsoever. This however literally did not work at all. We got through the basic setup and it froze and was pixelated.

Bought on 5/12/2020 died tonight 2/21/20 It worked well had to add memory after couple months did that and then less than yr later stopped working. Even if it's under warranty what a royal pain in the butt to reload everything onto the next one

Several apps I need were not available for this device, although they are on the play store. It's not too complicated to download the apps you need to force side-load but the side-loaded apps don't appear in the dashboard and the interface was bad with clunky controls.

Avoid if you watch Hulu, these devices have an issue while casting Hulu. Only fix is a complete power cycle. Its a known problem across these devices.

Don't waste your money, this is the worse shield i ever had, and I had all of them. It crash often, i replaced mine after 1 month and the new one does the same thing. Get the other model, not the stick

While this unit does work, it gets hot and starts flaking out. Have to unplug it and let it cool down, then reboot and start again. Really expected better from NVIDIA

Surprised when I received this one. First one I bought worked fine, this one the remote wouldnt pair and the unit itself wouldnt power on. Waiting till the morning to go and wait in line to be able to return item.

Very poor device. Spend the extra 50 and get pro. This is not good quality

No documentation in the box. No documentation on line. 3 hours into owning this and still searching for documentation. If I figure out how it works I may give more stars.

Just 1 month after purchasing. Quick search appears a common issue with this power supply. Best Buy should pull this product until that is fixed.

Didn’t like it. Too many issues when streaming and ended up returning it.

Keeps freezing. I have keep backing out multiple times and going back into videos to be able to see because it just shows a black screen.

Did not like the setup at all on this product. Love NVIDIA products but this one fails

Horrible, locks ups just about every day, I do not recommend.

I did not purchase this. My card was Used unarthurized and charged by someone in Kentucky.

Not a great product overall. Would recommend a google tv instead.
