This is my 6th Shield, Nvidia has to be the best streaming device that I have ever used

Great device to have for streaming and entertainment!

Pros: Very nice streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime Cons: I bought it for Gamestream and Steam Link. Neither worked. Gamestream wouldn't ever work in Geforce Experience and Steam link would connect and seem to work but no picture on the TV. I'm running a RTX 3080/ I9 9900k with a Nice $400 Nighthawk router. I'm fully updated on everything. Been building computers since 1998. It's the Sheild. For $200 I'm not trouble shooting out of the box,

Best streaming device on the planet and a pretty good gaming system too. Specially if your into retro gaming.

Better than the tube version for certain users. Upscaling for DVD quality content is excellent!

My Nvidia Shield is working as advertised so far. It has wonderful upscaling.... I am impressed. Best buy made it simple to buy online and pickup in store. Overall excellent service.

Bought 2 as we a big time streamers. It was easy to go from the Firestick to Nvidia. Everything runs much smoother.

Works as planned. Highly recommended in place of Firesticks that have a tendency to lag.

I’ve been disappointed with the built in apps on my game consoles and my TV, so I purchased this. So far it hasn’t disappointed. It also allowed me to do direct HDMI pass through with Plex, which most media players can’t do (I believe AppleTV is the only other one that can). The only thing lacking is HDR in the YouTube app, but there’s always hope for future updates. One thing that was curious, the gaming on this (GeForce now) was heavily promoted and all over the main screen, but it appears to only be available in beta and can’t be purchased. I requested a beta invitation and never heard anything back, so it doesn’t seem right that this is promoted like it is. Otherwise, totally satisfied.

Fantastic device for playing all your media needs. I have switched from HTPC's to Nvidia Shields throughout my house, Add a Plex server and you are good to go!

Price is the only downside. Other than price, everything about the shield is perfection. It does everything beyond expectation.

Awesome for streaming. Much better than the fire stick. You can also access games on the shield which is awesome.

It's a heck of an upgrade to my mi box. It is snappy and has functioned perfectly so far. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Top tv box. Very fast. Works great. Runs android apps quick. The best box in my opinion. No regrets.

I've had a Roku forever, and it was fine, but I wanted HBOMax and Peacock, and Roku doesn't have those, so I got a Shield. Much faster loading, faster streaming, no delays, more flexibility to arrange things the way I want, compatible with my Harmony Hub Remote, NO ADS!, Assistant built-in, and the fastest, easiest setup from my (Android) phone I've ever seen. I wish I'd bought this, instead.
