    While I use cheaper options for most TVs in the house, my main entertainment hub feels new again with this versatile device. From streaming to gaming to emulation, I feel I’ve just scratched the surface of what I can do with it. It takes a bit tech a tech savvy to get the most out of the Shield, but once you get the hang of it, it’s an amazing device.

    The best streaming device. Has every major service. Runs Android, so you can also easily run emulators to play retro games or just run normal android apps. Plex server capability is a nice addition. 4k enhanced upscaling works impressively well. Love the remote. Every remote should have a backlight like this one. Also seamlessly paired with my 8bitdo controller which can be used in games and in the normal menu.
