Best for gaming and home media server. Works great with all file types.

Quality is top notch, system works great, and images are crystal clear. Why the 4 stars? Because the controller and gaming side falls on it's face...hard. If you link it wirelessly to your gaming computer it is better. Too many bugs, screen ratio issues, and other flaws make your desire for light duty gaming to be a joke. Wanting a ROKU system on crack? This is it! Want a system for streaming and light gaming? Save your money.

No comparison to other steaming devices! Super fast and up scaling is amazing

This is the gift that keeps giving Nvidia has updated these shield tvs for a while so the support is great. I came from the 2017 and the AI scaling is worth it to me and the extra features the controller is also an improvement over the previous version the keys have a back light that automically turn on and it looks good no more accidental touches or putting volume up and down.

Switched from cheap Android TV boxes to this and couldn't be happier!

I have loved this device since I plugged it up. I went from the Apple ecosystem to the Google one this year and was worried about the AppleTV/AndroidTV switch. To my delight the Nvidia is truly amazing! I bought the Pro and have since set up my own plex media server and have no issues yet. The up-scaling is beautiful and looks like real 4K. This really is 10X the device my AppleTV 4K!

The best in the business. It just works lije a charm.

I used this box for Steam-link to stream my games from my computer upstairs to my TV in the basement by attaching this box to the basement TV. You may notice some controller lag in latency sensitive games but that's not this boxes fault, it's Steam's problem. This box also has the standard smattering of streaming apps that also work nicely. Solid quality product.

The best streaming device                           !!!

Been waiting for the Pro to come in stock all year to pair up with my LG OLED 65 inch. The AI upconverts most everything and looks 4K. It also has 2 USB connections so I can stream my movies. I can't recommend this device enough. I have other streaming devices. Fire stick 4k and Xbox 1 X and a Shield tv 2017. The Shield tv Pro is now my favorite streaming device.
