    I returned this device. Why? I have the latest version of the Roku Ultra and this device on almost like TV's (newer LG OLED). I was really interested in the 4K upscaling as not everything is 4K on stream. If you actually use the AI upscaling, the stutter is incredibly random as the screen jerks along...smooth as glass on a like scene...then jerk jerk and smooth. Nvidia's site is filled with user opinions on how to fix problems, not a lot of Nvidia "official" answers. When I first put a Roku Ultra on my oldest OLED, Youtube had a bunch of stuttering and you adjusted the screen frequency and voila...smooth as glass. The Nvidia unit...screw with frequency all you want and you can watch almost an entire movie and get to 1 hour 30 of a 1 hour 45 minute movie and jerk, jerk, jerk, then smooth. Frustrating has heck!! So...the AI upscaling just isn't worth it for me...yup I know there are folks out there that will totally disagree, but I hate a jerky picture with a passion.

    Still the best even after all these years. Wish Nvidia would make an updated model with better specs and performance. Kinda sucks to pay so much for such old tech.

    Great audio, when you can get it to work. Having handshake issues, that was solved. Pain in the rear, issues with switching to match rate. Great if you want to tailor it to yourself, not working for me….

    It's pricy but the best media player I found. The only negative was getting used to the remote. In the beginning, I too often ended up pressing select instead of moving left/right on menu choices because of the remote design.
