This is way better than the incorporated streaming services on a ROKU, or the TV in general, and it is very versatile. You can program the remote's buttons with a third party app to totally customize it.

Great device with tons of features that including the ability to load features to get at the back end data and viewing control. Cache control easy VPN addons, casting and more.

This is the best device I purchased I can stream, play games, and fastest streaming device which is perfect for no lags, or issues to deal with. I can even expand the memory which is convenient.

Use mainly for streaming tv services. Extremely fast, Can passthrough audio/video to receiver with no problems. Tried first gen but kept crashing all the time but this one has been solid and the remote seems better.

Good streaming device even better if your a little tech savvy and know how to tinker with things if not I would recommend the Roku the fact the shield plays all my movie files on my hard drive makes this worth buying

Super powerful console...able to download a bunch of old games from different systems to play....also alot of apps to watch movies and tv....this console takes the place of a smart tv....also upscales your tv too

Spent time researching the Shield Pro versus other offering. It is the most capable flexible best choice. now and for the future. Would have been nice if a NVIDIA game controller was included....

Best media hub out there! You can also plug usb devices into it and it will play your media. Some of the other brands have a hard time keeping up and get choppy, the video is smooth on the shield.

As good as advertised. a little bit difficult to set up some apps. but the gigabit ethernet port make it as good as the Apple TV 4K for about the same price.

Overall a good product. My only problems are the remote directional pad. Everytime I try to navigate up , down or left to right, end up hitting the enter button and lastly Netflix button is to close to volume. I constantly activate neflux when turning down volume. Also no web browser, the one they have is terrible and I am not sideloading one.

This device works exactly like you would expect it to runs well has a very nice interface very user friendly and just works. I would compare it to the Apple TV because it offers everything it does in an Android platform plus this one has games.

This is absolutely the best streaming device I purchased the regular Nvidia shield for years ago and has worked without any issues at fire exceeds the Amazon or any other streaming device. I would purchase again if needed.

I own one 2019 Pro abd two 2017 models. All of them serve me well. Nvidia supports these 100% with updates unlike other devices where you basically have to buy a new one.

Awesomely good!! Only issue is that it should have had more internal memory. There days 16 GB is nothing. You will definitely need some external storage especially if you have plans to run Plex.

Best overall streaming box available including full lossless audio format support

The NVIDIA product is solid and I have played some games on it a few times. I am knocking one star off because of the navigation menu. It is not quite as polished as the Roku's that I have used before. But overall, this is a nice product. It just does not knock my socks off.

This version has been quite disappointing as the improvements have been incremental and the most recent Android update has downgraded the experience with unwanted ads in the form of “recommendations”.
