Very good unit. Fast with excellent video quality, if not the best. But it should have more memory and storage. The remote functions well, but it's a little narrow and too triangular for me. The circular button is kinda small (maybe because the remote is narrow). I prefer the shape of remote like that of Roku's

This is a decent Android box for gaming and watching tv. I had a problem when I did the latest update it started to have problems. I did a factory reset and a few restarts I became irritated for the price I paid I had to return it.

I've had great experiences with The Nvidia Shield devices. I decided to upgrade my existing streaming devices to Shields because they are easy to use and get the latest streaming apps, like peacock and hbo max.

Works easy and awesome quality up to 4K output. Starting to play/work with various Google apps to see more of what it really can do!!

Overall this is a very good device. I use this for streaming tv etc from tp-link router to samsung smart tv via ethernet cable. Would have given 5 stars if there any instructions included in package, although it is very easy to set-up without

The pro displays a really good video, and also transfers Atmos like a pro. Just as the Apple TV, you can install pretty much any client, and there is some additional functionality that you will get from the shield over the Apple TV 4K when using second party applications such as Plex media server.

For anyone looking to cut the cord, and can afford it, this is the Streaming box for you. It is android based, has access to a ton of apps, has far more power/features than any other box available. This is by far the best!

This thing works better than any streaming device I've used. I almost shaved a point off for the ridiculous triangle shaped remote though. Feels weird in the hand.

Best tv box available now. Compared to my Mi box, this android tv is very well developed and the 4k image is a way better than the Mi box. If you are looking for a trusted tv box, Shield is the one.

Its no surprise it works so well better then most streaming devices and sharpens the video with the extra enhancements and with all the apps you need from the playstore makes even better

In my opinion this is the best streaming device in the market. The menu options and everything about this device is fantastic.

I think it is a very good device some of the apps might need update like the vudu app overall good not a lot of space internally I enjoy it it has pretty much everything you want to watch My older ones seem to be burning out due to heavy usage I would say I would recommend it pretty pricey

I’ve owned this for a little over 6 months. At first I was extremely happy with it but now I think it was a waste of money. At first I was using it for SteamLink to stream games to my tv. It worked mostly okay but after it disconnected my Xbox controller it would not automatically detect it after — I would need unplug the dongle every time. Then Nvidia pushed out a software update that made it basically unusable. It couldn’t even stream shows, forget about gaming! I was able to roll back the update but it was pretty technical, took up a couple hours, and I was lucky I had the required cables on hand. All that aside I was still relatively happy with the purchase but about a month ago this thing started having issues where the Wi-Fi fails more often than it works. It’ll say it’s connected to the network but there is no internet connection. Meanwhile every single other device on the network is working perfectly fine. Sometimes it’ll stream a show for 10-20 seconds then buffer for at least 30, then repeat. We’ve gone back to using our Roku instead (which has never ever given us any trouble) and I just have to head to the basement if I want to play games.

Blows any built in TV software away. Ability to stream games directly from my pc onto the tv. Can sideload any apps you like. 4K upscaling is excellent.

This thing is rock solid! There's not the kind of buffering that occurs with other streamers. you can hide it, too, so you never know it's there until you turn it on.
