Absolutely love this. The small form factor is very easy to hide behind the TV. The 4K UHD quality is best and built in chrome cast, is a plus.

Bought this as a replacement for my 2017 Pro Nvidia Shield. Love the smaller size, however, I wish the internal storage was more than 16GB as standard, 128GB at least. Also wished it had IR port for use with universal remotes. The biggest con is that it has a softer image compared to the native tv apps on my LG C9 OLED. Lots of people have noticed this same issue. I had the same issue on the 2017 shield. Was hoping the new one would have fixed it. Mainly use this device for playing plex rips and use the tv apps for everything else. Would move to Apple TV but that doesn't bitstream audio anymore.

Great for streaming media. This thing plays any format (even multichannel audio files)! It'll play 4K HDR files without any issues as well.

I love it. I wish it had more memory, but uts a great gadget.

I have not experienced any problems. It does what it was purchased for. It manages my plex server pretty well.

The service, the purchase, the quality. Still shield still is the way to go.

I did not find enough content to play to justify keeping this thing. I liked it the little bit I used it, but do your research as to what you really want to play. I returned this back to BB.

Great Streaming Machine but lacking full google play store app and games like a chromebook , but better at playing games then a chromebook .

A stable and reliable media player. This is a great alternative to native TV apps, unless your invested in the apple ecosystem.

Great device ! Fast streaming with great video/audio. The ability to connect external storage makes it a great "all in one" media device.

This is good if you're TV doesn't have it's own smart OS. This is also great if you use Nvidia's gaming platform with a controller.

The best Android box made right now just wish it came with the stand it shows on the box.
